First time eating here, ordered to go. Everything was good.
I ordered online through waitr spent almost $100 and got food I was missing an order of wings and guacamole and sour cream for my nachos my curly fries were greese and like scrape my boneless chicken was greese and hard. I called the restaurant to speak about my missing food was then turned over to speak to a manager he then told me let me see if I can find this order I said ok waited about 2 mins and was hung up on and no call back as well this was on 6/25/22
This was hard for me to give 2 stars.. the girls are still polite and helpful but the food is smaller and no flavor at all here.Prices are still crazy.The sauce used to popNow it's just ordinaryEven the menus have gone to a plain white laminated sheet..lol. no theme.Used to love hootersBut when u get boneless wings and it's nothing but breading and size of a quarter there's a problem...Sorry hooters houmaReally am but you've fallen.
The Young Girl Ashley that helped Us was so Nice and Polite. She did A great Job. My Opinion about there Shorts is to short. They have Young Children that goes there it shows to cheek of the Butt. If the Girls wear those Shorts then Young Children shouldn't be able to go in.
Ridiculous went to go eat we had a party of 8 and was told that they didn't kno how long our wait would be we would have to wait for tables to open and they was packed which was bs everytime other people wit party of 4 came behind us they would seat all of them and wouldn't have no tables which was a more longer wait for us if I could of wouldn't give any stars we left and going spend our money where the service is actually better because the staff didn't seem like they wanted to seat us
Nice setup! TV's all around the bar made it easy to watch the Masters. Great fried pickles too!
This rating is post pandemic. Labor still hasn't caught up. The staff was nice. Some of our food was cold, some was hot. There was a public post. Is what it is. I guess just thankful they were open?
it'll be a while before I eat here again. bartenders are very rude and do no pay attention to you unless your a freind. very dissatisfied
Clean, convenient, delicious. I loved the wings, the waitress was super nice, and i overall really enjoyed my visit. I will definitely be going back
Food is always great. Service is great. Then add the beautiful eye candy it's just awesome.
