Paid for a Large Mac & Cheese, ordered some Biscuits they asked me to pull into the parking lot. They would bring it out. 7 cars went through the drive thru while I was waiting. I finally called on the phone she said O im sorry we forgot about you. When I got home the Chicken was cold and they gave me a personal size Mac & Cheese not the Large that I paid for.
I haven't visited a Church's Chicken in a little while as the closest one to me is 45 minutes away but there has been a lot of changes. The prices are higher, the tenders have changed, there is only like 3 regular sides - all others are now "premium sides" and cost more. It was very smoky inside which made it really hard to be in there with a mask on. A good rule of thumb is to check your food before leaving. I ordered a large okra with my meal and was given a small but I caught it before leaving. I don't care for the new tenders; I like the old ones better but the rest of my meal was good.

Food is sooooooo good. My favorites are the coleslaw, biscuits, jalapeño poppers.
Ordered a 3pc but received a 2 pc. Replace 2pc net day chicken only.
