Every time we try to go eat there even way before covid it was always some excuse. Well I can tell you I'm not trying to go there anymore and eat. Money spends all over and chili's is overrated anyway.
My nephew insisted on getting a molten lava cake with ice cream from Chili's. Surprisingly we were able to get in, be seated, get our food, and leave in under 90 minutes which is a vast improvement for the location on MLK boulevard in houma. My previous experiences at this location have always taken well over 2 hours. I do not recommend going here for lunch if you only have an hour to eat.
the lil girl running drinks and food spilt drinks on our table. didnt say sorry or nothing. she asked if we needed napkins to clean it up. when really she shouldve just cleaned it up herself. im a server myself. i know what its like to work for tips. the bahavior of this girl was just rude. i love the honey chipotle chicken crispers. they are my favorite but that night they were lacking sauce so they were kinda dry. overall performance of our server was pretty well but im just gonna stick with to go from now on. it was my birthday and it just was not very well of a visit. chilis has really gone down hill the last few years.
The pasta dish was sour and cold. The salsa and chips came when it was time to leave. Some of the dishes we ordered came out while others didn't come until we told them to bag it up being everyone else at the table. had finished their meals.
Employees…CHECK YOUR TO-GO ORDERS BEFORE SENDING THEM OUT THE DOOR! I paid Door Dash for the convenience of having dinner prepared and delivered after a long day. I ordered 2 Quesadilla Explosion salads. THAT’S IT!! I get my order with NO DRESSING. How hard is it to make sure the most important component of a salad is with the order? So, I had to drive to Chilis for my measly portioned dressing AFTER I just paid to have Door Dash deliver. Some things never change with this restaurant. Do better!!!
Food quality is very impressive for the price. Waiters and waitresses are professional. Incredibly knowledgeable about menu offerings. Dirty men’s restroom stopped this from being a 5 star review.
I feel very bad writing this negative review. That being said this must be done. We ate here last evening and unfortunately the service and food left a lot to be desired. Our table was dirty and cleaned in an off hand manner when we arrived, left wet after with no attempt to dry the table made. Within the first 10 minutes of arrival there was an argument between the staff and a table of patrons about their food and the service they had received. We at first thought this was just an anomaly. Then we told our waitress that the chips were greasy and she replied, \\\"they are pre-cooked\\\". That has nothing to do with our complaint of the chips coming out greasy. Next our entrees arrived and my partner's salmon was overcooked with the underside black and burned but turned over to look presentable. When my entree arrived which, was the smokehouse trio, the brisket quesadilla was overcooked as well and looked as if no care had been given to its construction. The waitress apologized and stated that several people had called off and that they had an autistic cook that could only do one dish at a time. I was actually very embarrassed to hear that anyone working at an establishment would throw another team member under the bus in this way. When we complained about my partner's food, the waitress immediately asked if we wanted to speak a manager even though that was not what we had asked for. The manager apologized profusely for the service we had received and comped my partner's meal. While I wasn't happy about my own meal I decided not to make it a big deal and just pay for my own meal. If you have read this far into the review, my main point is please avoid this Chili's location. This review is not an indictment against the franchise as a whole but rather this location. I'm sure that on occasion people have a good time, but this is my experience from a Friday evening outing.
Service was pour .. Food was great for the people in my party that got there plates ... We did not receive a $20 plate .. It took them 30 min. To remove the plate from the bill because no one would amit they didn't complete there task of delivery to the table ...
My first time ever eating from a chili’s and I wasn’t disappointed! I ordered and paid on the app. Once complete it said order would be ready in 16 minutes so I headed right over . I was just about to pull in the parking lot when a Chili’s worker called to let me know something I ordered was out of stock so they have me another option which was fine by me. Took another 10 minutes but overall still good timing . I got the sampler with fried pickles, burger bites and chicken strips . The burger bites were awesome ! Worker who brought food out was very polite and kind . Will definitely order back .
my girlfriend got her drink instantly i been here a hour still haven’t got my drink we was sitting for 20-30 min just one waiter/waitress haven’t came yet
