Who ever was working tonite messed up my mobile order and the lady working the window was so rude never once apologized cared more about rereading the order trying too prove she was right

Ordered: Classic chicken sandwich meal with extra mayo and sweet tea, Spicy chicken sandwich meal with sweet tea, and kids chicken strip meal with sweet tea and BBQ sauce. At the pickup window asked the girl if the BBQ sauce was in the bag and assured two containers were in it. Got home: NO BBQ sauce, the classic chicken sandwich had next to NO mayo, the spicy chicken sandwich had so much sauce it was difficult to keep the sandwich together to eat and the sweet tea tasted like whoever filled it hit "lemonade" first, realized the mistake, and completed filling it with tea making it horrible to drink. Sad part is getting orders wrong seems normal and then LYING about the BBQ sauce rather than do a quick check is piss poor service. Fortunately we don't eat fast food often and will do so less NOW.....

Although the lady, who takes the orders, sounded tired she was extremely patient with me. I always feel bad being THAT customer that holds up the line but I wasnt sure what their menu provided; so, i asked plenty of questions. Without hesitation or annoyance, she answered all of them.I visited through the drive-thru. Although there were a few cars in front of me, it didnt take long for me to order. Once i ordered my food came out pretty quickly. I would say within 5minutes. I wasnt actually counting, but it wasnt long.My food came out just as I ordered it. In other words, i didn't find any mistakes.If im ever in the area, I would definitely visit this BK again, and I would recommend it to anyone.
Arrived to get my daughter a whopper meal and something for my mom and I. We arrived on time and ended up waiting for over half an hour while everyone else behind us were being served appropriately and leaving!The "out of it " or seemed to be "high" employee came out and asked what was it we ordered. We handed her a receipt to take in with her and the order still was not correct.Spoke to a manager and found out they were out of cooked patties! It was not the manager's fault as she was very disappointed and had to go over the rules with the employees.Sorry but I won't be visiting here again.

Always hot fresh made to order & the milkshake machine is ALWAYS WORKING! the BK on the corner of prospect boulevard is the best one in Houma, the whole crew there actually cares about the customers ...they're AMAZING !!
