My daughter and I just left very disappointed! Over $30 for an order of burnt fried mushrooms, stale cold nachos, 2 small very dry snowballs, and a small shake. The food was terrible, the wait was long and the price was unreasonable. Never again.
Just left and waited 30-40 mins for 4 SMALL snow cones! Was in line and was told someone that was behind me was “there first”. Horrible and gone down.
Food is pretty good, but the staff is *SHADY* with their prices. A double hamburger with 5 cheese sticks and a lemonade coated me $30!!!!! THIRTY DOLLARS. I could have gone to a fine dining establishment and paid less for that same meal, except higher quality. Don’t get me wrong, the food is not bad. But I believe the staff does crazy things with their prices such as if you want a double meat burger they will charge you for two hamburgers. Or when they ask you for “16 or 32” oz for lemonade, if you choose the 32 they just charge you for two 16 ozs.They never gave me an itemized receipt so I do not know for sure what they do, but they definitely take advantage of CRAZY and unfair upcharges.Again, this negative review is not because the food is nasty. The food is decent. It is NOT 5 star restaurant quality though, but I also don’t think that they are trying to be 5 star restaurant quality.. but they certainly charge 5 star restaurant prices..
Terrible service - horrific
Its a little high priced. So, I dont go very often. But the snowballs are very good and the foods Ive eaten have been very good too! The service is pretty fast depending on the time of day. And ALWAYS VERY FRIENDLY. They always have gotten my order right too. I would recommend others to try it out! We always enjoy what ever we order here! ???4-26-22
They have the best snowballs in the area. They have major traffic problem with the drive through when the business is very busy. They have everyone pull up and park after placing your order. Problem is, there is not enough parking and it is frustrating to us as customers. Brooke, something has to be done, to prevent accidents from happening in the parking lot.
Tried the new egg rolls and dipping sauce. SO fresh & delicious... dipping sauce needs to be available in larger sizes.
The nicest people work here. I could not finish the 10 oz snowball.
Called in my order for Brooke's and was ready when I arrived. Parking was hard as its a busy location. I sat outside under the covered area with a view of the bayou and the food was tasty except the chili on the chicken nachos was very cannish tasting. The prices are good, fast service, drive through avaliable and outdoor seating make this a good place for a quick bite
