Good fried chicken, good fried shrimp
Absolutely love Bayou Delight! The atmosphere is great. Definitely try the oysters and shrimp!
VERY expensive restaurant! $20 bucks for an oyster platter! $16 bucks for a catfish platter! Sunday special: $13+ bucks for 2 pieces of chicken with rice dressing and(?) fries! What is wrong with you people? Is everything getting scarce? Is everything you offer a "delicacy"? It is less expensive to dine at any other restaurant in the area! What a shame!

I got a back piece and a wing. Most breading and little meat. Never again! Another friend with me got a breast and a thigh.

Stopped by for lunch on Sunday. There was a large crowd due to church getting out but they found me a booth and the food came out quickly. Delicious gumbo and the fried chicken was great. Definitely looking to come back, especially when they have live music Friday evenings. Prices were appropriate.
Great food, service, atmosphere! We love visiting here when in town. It's especially fun when Mike is playing. Highly recommended.

This place is great. We went with my family, a total of 6 of us, and had great service, as always. I got the fried chicken lunch special and it did not disappoint. Two pieces of white meat, green beans, dirty rice, potato salad and bread, all delicious. My hubs got the Fried Catfish and he loved his as well. We tried the frog legs my sister had and they were delicious. We love coming here and eating their delicious down home cooked food. Can't wait to come back for another great meal.
