When a customer orders a burger with NO CHEESE!!! DONT JUST SCRAP THE CHEESE OFF THE FREAKING MEAT AND SERVE IT TO YOUR CUSTOMER!! MAKE A NEW FREAKING BURGER!! HOW HARD IS THAT! HOW DO YOU KNOW IF THAT CUSTOMER HAS OR HAS NOT A FOOD ALLERGY TO DAIRY PRODUCTS!! VERY DISAPPOINTED!! SPENT $50 FOR A THAT!! WILL NEVER GO BACK !! SO SAD !! Also, it was a little after 9 p.m. they were not busy but still had us pull up to wait
Let me start by saying i usually dont leave bad reviews but i just had to with this kneLate night drive true is so slow!!!!! They had all the cars pulling up you can here them playing around in side. My thoughts if yall you stop all the playing I would not have wanted 10 minutes to order my food then another 20 for my food thus is to much
Service was fast and food was hot. Food tasted good. Guess its a place that has to grow on you.
Love their Roast Beef Sandwiches and so glad they added crinkled fries to have a choice. Their original curly seasoned fry just wasn't my thing. The only problem is the last couple times I drove thru the frys were soggy and cold.
food is great, staff for the most part make the orders right but are more than happy to redo it.
I'm only being generous with three stars because I do like my half pound Arby Melts; however, I don't understand why, at 10:43 AM, they had to ask the only two cars, myself and the one car ahead of me, in the drive through to pull ahead to wait for their orders. It seems ridiculous; but Arby's has always been proficient for slow service. LoL
Got me an Arby burger for the first time, & I liked it. I'll be there.
Order was not correct. Not a word or apology from worker when given missing item. Outside of bag was a mess, with sauce all over it.
Day crew is awesome but evening crew rips you off and shorts you food and always forgets sauce. I've never been handed my food through the actual drive through window they always want you to pull up. Evening service is plum awful every single time they disappoint.
Ordered traditional Greek gyro, was asked to wait by the front door. Waited for 15 mins still no sign of food. Drove around, was asked to wait again. Then someone came and asked for the receipt. After considerable wait I got my order. Would not recommend.
