Need better training for waitress efficiency and food quality. The fry/chip/appetizer grease was old. Even though we were seated right away and could only see 4 tables seated in our half of the restaurant, the experience took almost 2 hours. We ordered burgers, wings, and chips. Hadn't been in years, this trip did not tempt me to go more often.
My disabled friend was not permitted to sit in a booth while waiting for a table. The hostess explained that this TGIF was greatly understaffed at 3:30 on a Thursday. However, the restaurant did not seem well-populated. The hostess said that we must wait fifteen minutes until servers could handle our visit. We left immediately. ... While I sympathize with staffing a restaurant after Covid, I do not sympathize with disregarding physical disabilities. I tolerated this restaurant because it is convenient to my friends. Never again.
I placed an order online for Cajun shrimp pasta without chicken and ribs which came with 2 sides needless to say my pasta had both chicken and shrimp and the rib plate was missing the Mac and cheese. PLEASE PAY BETTER ATTENTION TO YOUR CUSTOMERS ORDERS!!!
The place was crowded so we decided to sit at the bar. The bartender was awsome very friendly and attentive. The food tasted great and the price was very reasonable. Give this bartender a raise he is awsome the five Star was definitely because of him.
Great service n great food, the whiskey glaze is phenomenal, I had the whiskey glaze chicken breast, very tender and that sauce is very delicious. The mashed potatoes were also phenomenal, great flavor especially with the whiskey glaze on them.The place has a great atmosphere, and our server/bartender had a great attitude, very upbeat and made the experience that much better. They cooked our food very quickly and had all of our orders correct. This place is doing it right and I'll definitely be back to try more.
Food was good I ordered delivery service but they didn't seal the drink cup. Online it shows a bottled drink so I wasn't concerned when ordering but now I know. Couldn't add a photo I threw it out.
Absolutely awful service! Wrong food brought out. Waitres did not even know the menu. Asked us what it came with. Drinks not brought until meal! Plates not cleared. Rude waitress. She actually had the nerve to wait for the check to be filled out. The lady at the front had talons for nails which should not be allowed in food service ever. She brought the hottest plates to us and then told my kid to hand it to my other kid. Safe hazard much?? Will never ever be back to this place!

Went in for dinner alone and waitress was very accommodating and kind. Food fresh and good experience. My ribs usually come out less than warm, but this time they were perfect.
