I love Texas Roadhouse! I recommend you join the waitlist ( it’s like call ahead only from your phone). It said it would be 40-50 minute wait but in reality it was 30-35 minutes. Service was superb and as always the food was excellent!!????

Would have been 5 star except the food wasn't hot or even warm. Don't get me wrong, this is a great place as I've been here many times. But unfortunately this time not so great. The manager came over and made thing's right. Great customer service!
Out here from Texas, if you like waiting 1:30 to 2 hours. Well then this is your place. I guessing there isn't a lot of steak houses out here in Louisiana. Not sure how the food is yet. Still waiting to go inside, to be seated.
My boyfriend had a birthday dinner for 11 guest, on the website it states if over 6 to call, when i called i was automatically refused service because it was over 8. I then proceeded to ask to speak to a manager of course they forgot i was on hold i then had to wait another 15 minutes on hold before a manager came to the phone, finally a manager came to the phone yet again i was refused service. So because my boyfriend wanted to still attend i asked can we get 2 tables close to each other after waiting 2 hours i figured that’s the least they can do , but nope when seated we were split literally on 2 different sides of the restaurant. (Did i mention we called at 6 pm for call ahead seating we weren’t seated until after 8:05pm) yes for 2 separate tables split across the restaurant. The food was horrible, service was slow, after the other table orders were coming back of course the orders were wrong my boyfriend sent his steak back because he asked for well done and it was rare, the manager came to the table asked what was wrong and he handed her the plate, she then told him why are you handing me the plate? he again told her about his steak she then said you must want beef jerky this response was very unprofessional. Let alone this is what my boyfriend is texting me on the phone because his girlfriend, mom, and mother in law had to sit at a separate table across the restaurant. Worst experience ever they will never get another penny from me. FYI if you have a party over 6 i recommend you seek service elsewhere.
