Never had to wait that long for one Mexican pizza(37 mins!!) They obviously need more workers. I sat in the drive through line and waited my gas for 15 mon....and the line never moved. I actually change my mind on what i intially came to order because of the time i had to wait. Alot of people LEFT. It was THE WORST EXPERIENCE I've ever had at a fast food establishment!
Drive thru slow and then they have a sign that says dining room open Well it’s not, if dining room no gonna be open take sign down
Whole order was wrong ordered 4 crispy chicken tacos they gave me 2 and made up there own tacos and order 4 dorito tacos and they gave me one and 3 regular tacos this is the 2nd time they do something like this one time I also ordered a 12 pack of Cinnabons and they only put 8 in the pack and ordered 2 chalupas and they gave me 2 crunchy tacos and said it was the same thing they ran out of chalupas
We bought Fiesta Potatoes and other items and there was no fork for it in the TB bag. We didn't go back and get it but the cashier forgot, wasn't her day or what have you. We bought it today (01/11/22) at 6:47:38 PM. I'm nice and kind. So, I didn't go argue or anything to cause chaos. And in the coming months or what have you...Every Taco Bell needs to give receipts electronically via email. Most of the customers have the Taco Bell App where they use to order items. So, use that email to send them the receipt. Because we HAVE to save trees, not pollute, save the environment, and GEAUX GREEN!
This location has outstanding freshness on everything. I've ever been disappointed.
I go and order a simple 5 dollar box I get my order I go back to work I’m rushing trying to get back I get back ready to eat I get the wrong order I call the store 3 times and no answer
If i could give you zero stars i would, i ordered threw the app and when i arrived you guys told me that you didnt have any orders i told you that i have the order number and ypur employee at the drovethrew started laughing and told me they dont care that they dont have it on there screen. I had to repay for my food and eas told at the window to canel it from the app. When i opened the app back up it didnt give me the option to canel because it said the order was completed. Worst taco bell experience of my life. Maybe you guys should reclose again till you can get better employee who have customer service amd d9nt steal peoples money and food!!!!!

Not the same anymore. Food is different and doesn't taste good here anymore
