great clean environment, great coffee and treats
When you order an affogato shot on your frapp, you expect to taste coffee not watered down sugary milk for 8 bucks...and the sad thing is you don't have time to turn around because you're on your way to work... The good thing tho, you never have to go back because now you know. morning shift 1/25/22
The absolute worst. I go to Algiers and Marrero. I pray that you open another location near by and hire workers who aren't lazy. Or you can change your hours of operations to whenever we feel like closing whether you are in line or not. December 29, 2021 8:49 pm with a car in front of me. I just wanted to add money to my app. I live 2 minutes away, but you can close this location now.
Staff not very friendly. Coffee drink with subpar, tasted just like milk. Place could be cleaner
Didn’t even get greeted , still stayed waiting for someone to come take my order 5-8 minutes , the people in front of me also left without anyone acknowledging them . I know they maybe short staffed but it’s how you handle it , you can just say sorry we’ll be right with you . There’s a bad vibe in this store .

I absolutely love Starbucks! Post hurricane Ida, all the Starbucks in our area were closed for about 2 weeks. During this time, another big named coffee shop opened. I went there trying my best to get something like a Caramel Macchiato. I even Googled the ingredients. Wow! Talk about a huge disappointment! it was bitter, and definitely "undrinkable". That said, I also go to Starbucks to work in my business every Sunday and could not wait to get back into routine. So, thank you for finally being able to open and having such friendly service.

There is a young man, Ashton, who was absolutely fantastic. He was very helpful in finding a drink my uncle could enjoy who is a diabetic. Your whole staff was so nice. Thanks.
I ordered a caramel macchiato with extra caramel. My drink didn’t have any caramel at all! It’s literally a hit and miss with this location. They’re either out of most of the items, or your drink will not be made as requested. I do Drive thu mobile ordering every time and sometime this one female employee that’s sometimes at the window always have an attitude for no reason.
