The best Popeye’s in Harvey always hot quality food great service I love that chicken from Popeyes
This is my experience.... perhaps not everyone else's...So it seems that as time goes by, it just gets worse... Ordered a side of mashed potatoes... which for the 2nd time in three weeks... was delivered as French fries... The chicken strips were so rubbery that I struggled to actually tear it apart.. threw it in the trash and then figured out what I should eat for dinner. Also... I ordered to wings to go along with it, which were actually good, but..... I had no idea that Popeyes was butchering baby chickens, these wings were so small... looked more like they came from a sparrow or some small winged animal, not a full grown chicken... today was the day that the straw showed its weight. Not a Popeyes chicken customer any longer.
HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT!The app is useless they don't even have your order ready.The manger doesn't know anything she was as dumb as they get and the other lady with the bulgy eyes who's been there forever most likely was the REAL manger (ma'am you should def a get a new job b/c you can tell Popeyes is giving you bags under your eyes !)Do yourself a favor and just cook ya own chicken.
The worst Popeyes I have EVER been to, doesn't matter what time of day or day of week! The drive-thru line is ALWAYS out to the street, you literally sat in line for 20min before even ONE car moves up, after sitting for over 30min in line you would think the food would be HOT and your order correct, NOT. Employees are always either standing outside or just standing around while the cars pile up. Their ALWAYS out of multiple items! The order taker always sound like they don't want to be at work...this place really needs to get their customer service together!

Quality food, Popeyes is my favorite place to eat at always. employs well respectable and work just as hard as us. this will be my first stop coming from out of town.

Wait time in the drive thru was a little long, but once we ordered our food everything was fast paced and the food was hot.
This by far is the worst popeyes i ever been to in my life yall may need to send a human resource worker through drive through immediately. The worker is very rude and disrespectful I canceled my order because of the disrespect. Cars where leaving to because of the severity of the disrespect i was called a sir and when i said mam im not a sir i was told ok well mam then what do u want with a nasty attitude and lord knows . That one seed makeing it bad for the whole store i would never return and i will tell my family and friends to never return there periodt get rid of the bad seed.
The word HORRIBLE wouldn't even come close to describe this place. Staffs are beyond rude. I placed an order on mobile app and when I tried to pickup, they closed the lobby and refused to give me the food and slammed the window on my face. The app didn't even give me an option to cancel the order. What's else? They still charged me the full amount without giving me the food I paid for.
