I was treated to a birthday lunch at Perino’s and what a treat it was! The seafood stuffed charbroiled oysters were the most incredible I have ever eaten. We also had the crawfish which was seasoned perfectly. The link of crawfish boudin we added as an appetizer was well made and tasty. I won’t wait for my next birthday to head back. I’ll be taking all my out of town guests here to make sure they get a true taste of Louisiana.
I ate at Perino‘s yesterday for dinner with my family we ate crawfish charbroiled oyster I would recommend this for any people the staff is super nice and they can tell really nice jokes thank for the experience perinos.
I just got To New Orleans this afternoon traveling from NY with my pups so we’re staying at the Red Roof right behind the restaurant. Tonight I got the seafood gumbo (bowl) because I was overwhelmed by the awesome menu so I just ordered gumbo because I like it. Great choice! Large portion & delicious. I was also able to get a pretty good margarita to go. I’ll definitely be back during this stay!
We came b/c seen someone post their charbroiled oysters on Instagram ?Boy it was so good we was literally in and out in 10 minutes.
Went in and got an order of seafood Gumbo and was very disappointed. All I had in my entire cup of Gumbo was 2 shrimp no crabmeat and little to no rice. It was a cup of juice. Will never order it again.
This restaurant is so delicious ? The best seafood charbroiled oysters anywhere on the Westbank. Everything they serve is fantastic, never had anything that wasn't fantastic.
i had a fantastic experience,my friend suggested we eat here and we had delicious food and A+ customer service,Julie is the Best server and the bus boy "J" was awesome(he assisted my sight impaired friend to the restroom to wash his hands prior to eating,a very mannerable young man),we ate boiled shrimps,crawfish&potatoes,fried soft shell crabs and fries and chargrilled oysters,i will definitely return the next time i'm in Harvey and suggest everyone eat here.
We stopped here after our air boat tour and was just the perfect lunch as a group. We ordered 7 lbs of Crawfish with 1.5 lbs of potatoes and 6 corns. All that fed 7 of us very comfortably.
Had lunch here today in a nice relaxing atmosphere. With good service and Great food. If you like seafood with flavor this is a must try. We had Dungeness crab, fried calamari, fried oysters and fries.Definitely will be back !
We have stayed next to this restaurant for over a week and we have been getting all our meals from this restaurant. I got tired of eating shrimp and crab so I decided to switch to a grilled chicken salad that I pay $11 for it, chicken was spoiled it had a bad taste dry and old disgusting I got sick, carrots are not fresh they don’t even check that they were spoiled same with the lettuce it was brown. The chicken had a bad smell same with the eggs that come with it, the salad is not fresh they probably had it for more than a week in their fridge worse $11 that I’ve spent in a salad. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Carrots, chicken and lettuce were spoiled and mushy
