The pizzas alway zooms look and taste incredibly wperfect and yummy,. I wish I had a picture of it to share with y'all. The service is fast, and using the little pizza tracker online is helpful. There's one particular young lady who always seems to be working the front counter at night (taking orders, handing off pizzas to customers picking up pizzas), and I just want to make note of how friendy and helpful she is every time I go in the store, which is usually once a week. I always appreciate the extra mild in kindness in customer service.
So I ordered my pizza at 7:37pm and it said I had a 28-38 minute wait. I called twice to let them know that my order was late and there was no consideration or understanding even tho it was over an hour by that time. THE MANAGEMENT WAS HORRIBLE AND DID NOT HELP OR TRY TO SOLVE THE ISSUE! I finally received my cold food order and hot soda at 9:01pm...UNACCEPTABLE!! I have not ordered papa johns in forever and now I know why. Please treat your customers how u would want to be treated had your pizza showed up almost an hour and a half late. People think that we over exaggerate when we post reviews but I screenshot everything just for cases such as this. Please train your management in proper customer service especially in situations such as this. I would love a discount or refund on my meal that was not properly delivered.
