The food was great, the customer service from the worker that was making my food was not. She had a bad attitude and lacked customer service even when I was trying to be polite.

Never going back. The food prep area was dirty, the grills needed cleaning. They were not wearing masks and didn't see anyone wash hands even though they put on gloves. The quality of the food was not pleasing. Watching the young man make a quesadilla was horrible. My husband got a extreme steak burrito and threw most of it away.

Literally the worst customer service ever! The food isn’t good enough to go back and experience the horrible customer service. The girl that took our order had AirPods in and completely ignored us. I would have to repeat myself over and over. She was purposely making me repeat myself.

It was ok. I got a chicken burrito. I got a ground beef burrito for my husband. We enjoyed them. My experience there wasn't really wonderful. The person doing ours got frustrated with us. My husband was trying to tell her what h wanted and she didn't hear him, so she got frustrated with him. I ended up telling her what he wanted. She seemed like she was in a major hurry. It was us and one other customer in there. We hadn't been there in a while and I'm not sure we'll be going back. I can get friendly servic elsewhere.

Getting better.stop hiring so many young people and not having older or more experienced people to work either them. My food takes forever and simple request should not require lots of explanation. Don't order online if you have special requests.

OMG, Spectacular Service. Food is always fresh. I go in this place at least once a week for lunch & The Manager, Ms. Samantha is the sweetest. Always offering 5star customer service, Leading by Example! I love to go where my money is appreciated. Please keep doing what you’re doing ?

The food was good but a little cold, the service was great though so they got 4 stars mainly for the service.

Ordered to pick up via Postmates. Gave time to pick up @ 745pm. We arrived to see an empty restaurant with one gentleman in line. We told them that we were there for an online order and were told that they were just working on it. About 25 minutes later 5 people walk in and go through the line having their food made for them immediately. At this point I'm getting livid, and i start to ask about it. As I do, another lady came in to pick up an order and as part of their greeting, they advised the lady that they were super behind on tickets and it would be a few minutes and they'll let her know when it's ready. I was just about to tell them to just cancel the order and refund the money, but at that moment, the manager (I assume) came over and bagged up some burritos that had been sitting on the counter since we arrived. Everything was cold and dry when I got home. My wife and kids will never let me forget the day I chose Izzo's instead of driving to Chipotle. I've been a Chef for 18 years, and I know what a busy restaurant looks like. What I saw was a slow restaurant, staffed by people who have never heard of "sense of urgency", and led by someone who is obviously only there for a paycheck and has no feel or passion for the hospitality industry and making people happy by treating them well.

I have been a customer of Izzo’s for over a year , the staff has changed and no longer care about the quality or condition of the food they serve. More often than not the staff seems to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol. On 10/16/21 I ordered a chicken burrito bowl , when I started eating it I realized that I was chewing on a piece of raw chicken, not undercooked, RAW. I walked back into Izzo’s and politely asked to speak to the manager , I explained what happened and the girl with the piercing in her upper lip claimed that she would throw the chicken away , but wouldn’t give me a refund because that would mean calling the DM, which she wouldn’t do. Instead I was given a buy one get one free card. I have spent thousands of dollars at this location as I work nearby and sometimes buy food for my entire crew . This is over , we will not be back. They have some serious work to do if they want to get back to normal. Do not spend your money here.

The lady helping me was very pleasant and polite. Food was nice and fresh tasting even though I went at 8 at night.. will definitely go again!
