This location is the worst. Not 1st negative encounter with this location. Management is unprofessional.Ordered online, but didn't receive confirmation. Proceeded to location. Was greeted by manager, who stated that they'd look into it. Sat for 30min. Hostess asked 2x if the manager addressed my issue.Hostess returned a 3rd time and informed me that I must have ordered at a different location. Manager never returned. Reordered from Gretna location and received all items.
It's just slow service. Waited all day just to be seated. Then the hostess couldn't even understand that there where 2 different groups of family's waiting. We had to tell her 4 different times that there was a group of 5 them a group of 3. All this after waiting for almost 10 minutes after telling a worker do we set ourselves since nobody came up to ask anything. This the second time the service was garbage where we barley made it to the table. Empty tables and all. I can't go somewhere that services people and it take almost 30 minutes for anybody even to set you or ask you anything. Will never go back or order from here.
My wife and I love IHOP, we go there every Sunday. We have a wonderful waitress, her name is Nicole, she is good doing her job. We love IHOP breakfast...
Management was the only one working at the time of our visit but she had it under control. She was awesome. Food and all was great.
I had stop going to this restaurant a due to poor management,(dirty, bad service and food) heard it was under new management and designed to give it a try again. First,they did Good job cleaning up the place, the food was on point and our servicer Isaiah was awesome. I added it back on my list again
Servers are always super nice, but the food is always wrong in some way.The staff turnover rate is ridiculously high, and it shows.I used to really like this iHop, but I don't think I'll be going back any time soon.
Staffing up front was nice and attentive. Food however was not good. Eggs were supposed to be scrambled with cheese, instead was hard fried diced with cheese thrown on top.
Only place open on Christmas Day. Understaffed. Cook was overwhelmed and it showed. Manager refused to meet with complaining customers. Glad to leave as tensions we're rising. Left a great tip to the frazzled waitress. IHOP needs to plan better for holidays.
Bad experience on Christmas day. The staff personnel was short. The waitress only had a couple days on the job. Food was served an hour later after we placed the order. Dishes were mixed up and didn't get what we ordered, but our family of 5 were hungry and don't want to wait to get it right. I believe that it wasn't the waitress fault but the manager. No a great idea to go out on Christmas day to IHOP, but everybody else wasn't open. Merry Christmas and a Better New Year!!
Took 10 min to be seated by the hostess with no one in front of me. Once seated got our drinks. Waited 45 min still no food or explanation but another couple in another waitress area came in after us got there food, ate there food and paid and still haven't got our food. So we walk out. NEVER will I step foot in another IHOP in my life. IHOP is dead to me. This isnt the first time this happened but definitely will be the last time.
