on line ordering sandwich was ready sandwich is delicious people very friendly
I've ordered from this location multiple times trying to give it a chance because we like this restaurant chain but this specific location is complete garbage. Every order I've placed has had something missing or completely wrong. I've even gotten mac and cheese the seemed to be spoiled (sauce was separated and clumpy). I'll just drive to one of the other locations to avoid a headache in the future.

I have not actually eaten in, only ordered takeout. Every time the order is spot on. While the rest of the family enjoys the sandwiches, I like the salad. So many ways and add ins to make it fantastic. Staff if always friendly and eager to serve. Keeps me going back for more.

Went today for the first time. The Firehouse Philly steak was pretty good.Will definitely be back.
I'm a fan of the place, but they left out all the vegetables in my sandwich for some reason. Again, I like the place but they gotta do the bare minimum sometimes.
Pros: Very good brisket sandwich. Friendly, hard working staff.Cons: Their signature drink, cherry limeade tasted like sugar water. Oatmeal cookies had two many oats and weren’t very good. A large brisket or steak sandwich will run you $12.79 pretax but that’s not outrageous for what you get.EDIT: Went there the following day at 1:15 PM (11-17-21). I was the only person in line but the lady at the register was taking a phone order and when my wait time reached 6 minutes I left. The crew looked exhausted and there were noticeable less of them from the previous day. No other employee was in a hurry to take my order unless their job assignments were fixed.
