Visited Harvey location on 6/18/22 for the 1st time.. whole experience was horrible!!! Party of about 25 ppl.., poor little waitress had no clue, don’t know who was running the place, orders came out in parts. It took way too long., I ordered a cocktail, wrong one got delivered. When I advised that was not what I ordered..,lady with a red wig on asked me if I tasted it!! Almost blew a gasket.. no I’m NOT tasting it because it is NOT what I ordered. So I asked for a sweet tea instead.. NEVER got the sweet tea, no water, no NOTHING!! Meanwhile everyone is finally eating except ME!! As my food NEVER came.. Then Lady with red wig comes about 20min later & ask how’s everything? At this point I’m 38HOTT!! Advised her to remove my food & drink I NEVER received from the ticket. No attempts made to rectify the situation!! NONE!! Because it was a celebration dinner for my Brother who had just gotten married, I had to sit thru the fiasco HUNGRY for over 2hrs.. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE..,HORRIBLE SERVICE..,just HORRIBLE!! PERIOD‼️‼️‼️
Great service and atmosphere. Seafood boil is in point. Enjoyed every bite of the Experience. Highly Recommended!!!
First time at Fiery Crab and it did not disappoint! Our waitress, Shante, was truly awesome! She was friendly, patient, and attentive. She even gave recommendations of stuff to do while we were visiting. The food was great as well. It was fresh, hot and plentiful lol. Too much for me to finish! We had a great time! Fiery Crab owes us nothing!

Very much in love with Fiery Crab. Manhattan is my favorite location..clean facility, the atmosphere was delightful and the boiled seafood was delicious. My honey had the fried shrimp and crawfish rice. He didn’t leave anything. My seafood boil was enough to take home for the next day. The manager, Carl was too awesome! He was actually working the front and also came around to the tables to make sure the customers food and service were good! I’ll be back there soon!
Maybe because I'm not local and my expectations were lower. I thought the food was excellent...a little on the pricey side. Would come back again though.
Best on the Westbank! I was very impressed after a not so good experience at the Kenner location and decided 2 years later to go to the Harvey location! The food is awesome here ..the staff and met the general manager and he is very awesome ! My seafood go to ! keep up the great work and see you all for Karaoke ? soon!!!!!! I speak it!
