Trash! Rude! Fixed my pizza wrong and didn’t want to rectify the problem over the phone! I had to drive there to be told go through the drive through and no manager was available! I will NEVER spend a dime at any dominoes!!! I don’t eat pork! Told them beef pizza! Was given a pepperoni! With something else hard in the box!! Horrible service! Rude under age children working there! And probably will never go any further in life with those attitudes!
Couldn’t deliver, had to pick up and instead of tell me to come to the drive through they just stared through the glass doors. Told me I couldn’t get my delivery fee or tip back. No plates or cups available, And when we got back to hotel the pizzas were not cut. This places blows.
Good food & arrives hot! Have used delivery & pickup for past 6 yrs. (love order tracker) and had food from all categories. Special thanks to Elgin who has ALWAYS made us great food!
I’ve never had a bad experience with this location up until tonight. The supposed “manager” of this establishment a greasy white guy with glasses had a bad attitude with me the moment I got there. I only ordered a large 3 topping pizza and he lied and said they didn’t accept Apple Pay when every other time the other employees have been nice enough to accept it. He immediately said “I’m not touching your phone” with a horrible attitude. Like I said all the other employees that work there have been extremely nice except for him. This was on February 19 at 10:20 pm he was about 5’5 considering his horrible attitude.

The absolute worse attitudes I’ve ever came in contact with! I ALWAYS have problems with this store!!! So rude. Hanging up on me simply because they don’t want to be bothered is unreal. If you hate your job that much DONT WORK THERE. Definitely will be contacting corporate with the way I was treated tonight!
$65 spent on some bull. I ordered a philly cheese steak pizza and my pizza had ham on it. I've ordered this pizza for years at another location and never have I ever had ham on it. The parmesan bites were old and overcooked. Last time I ordered, the pizza dough was old. Before that, the driver put my receipt inside of the pizza box. Never again. I won't keep wasting money with this place. Stop playing with people's food and money!
last night ordered two pizzas to pick up told her that I wanted extra sauce on my pizza because it’s usually dry, spent at least $35-$40 on two large pizzas and garlic knots, come home open the boxes to two dry as hell pizzas looking like it’s been sitting out for hours i call to complain and the girl hung up on me. How professional . I will never be returning to this place unless they hire all new staff ! Poorly done..?
Never picked up the phone. And if they did , they did to just hang it up on me. Why are you even open. Friday Saturday and Sunday. New staff needed
