I really enjoyed this place until my visit today. The girl that was working the window this evening was god awful. I ordered a drink that was clearly stated on the menu, and the employee gave me the wrong drink. Instead of correcting it, she literally went back and forth with me saying I ordered the wrong drink. Who is training the employees?? Clearly I’m not the only customer who shares this sentiment. 2 customers within the last 2 weeks have complained about the same issue on here, so it’s evident at this point there are major customer service issues. It’s insulting to have someone tell you straight to your face that you ordered the wrong drink when they can simply correct it. Terrible service! I honestly have never in my life had someone tell me straight to my face that I ordered the wrong drink and slam the window after I asked for it to be corrected. Totally wrong! Please train these employees to better assist guests and service customers. You can have a great product but how good are you if your customers don’t feel valued! Please do better!
The worst service ever!!! They do not how to treat clients to be honest I will never recommend this place to anyone that I know. ??????????
Best bubble tea/boba spot on the West Bank! Very friendly staff. Highly recommend the passion fruit green tea with golden boba and the monster boba.
Ding tea is my favorite boba place in the New Orleans area. The workers are all very friendly, helpful, and patient. the quality of the drinks are great, and I love the drive thru. However the cost is a little high. For a honey tea without any toppings the cost is $5, to add boba it goes up to $6.55 with tax. That is a lot for a basic drink and at sharetea I can get a honey tea with boba included for under $5 with tax. They also fill up the cup completely with ice so if you want a normal amount of ice make sure to ask for only 50% ice.EDIT: owner response is very true. Everyone is having a tough time! Cost is as expected. 5 stars for fantastic boba.
My drink is always good and I always had a great experience going in the store. However, today I went through the drive thru and was asking the lady questions about a drink and she answered very quickly and assumed that’s what I wanted. I felt very rushed to order and she was rude. Bangs, with subtle highlights working the drive thru around 3 pm on 3/6.
This place has the absolute best bubble tea in town! Their mango yakult drink is my favorite. This place is open late and has a good atmosphere with friendly workers. I have gone back many, many times! I HIGHLY recommend
Definitely gonna be my go to place for boba tea. The staff are friendly, the drinks are delicious and the choice of music is perfect. I ordered a Thai milk tea with monster boba but the server didn’t hear me well and gave me a monster boba latte instead. It was honestly the best mistake ever because the drink is now my go to flavor. I highly recommend it.
Love this spot, it’s the best boba I’ve had so far. I usually get the Monster Boba Latte as a slush and it’s amazing. It’s pretty sweet so it’s more of a dessert in my opinion but delicious nonetheless. Their mango slush with golden boba is also so good and refreshing.
Great place. Taro Milk Tea with monster Boba was delicious. My wife's new favorite Boba Spot. Highly recommended.
I was excited to go to this small new little cafe well being that this was my first time visiting this place I feel it’s only normal to ask one or two questions the young lady with the brownish blonde type hair I asked her could add vanilla flavoring to my brown sugar milk tea she says with a attitude (oh no I can’t do that)which is understandable some places don’t mix flavors it’s just she had a very bad attitude so I order the brown sugar milk tea and ask her what is egg pudding as I have never heard that before she said with a attitude (it’s what it sounds like )it’s normal for new customers to ask questions the brown sugar milk tea was good but there level of service is lacking their employees could use some training on how to treat friendly customers i go to frosty cafe all the time and they are very friendly and even can mix flavors for you . One star for the bad service at ding tea ☹️
