The crab claws

Great bisque. But seafood salad was truly poor. Wilted lettuce and over dressed that detracts from a fair taste. Lump crab looked like it was still formed from the can. Shrimp was poor quality, not what I expect and have received from other Copeland location. My associate just said his blackened catfish was so-so. I looked dry and over cooked as was his broccoli. Service was great.

Great service Even better gumbo! ?

Great food and friendly staff

My crabcake and shrimp pasta was subpar. When I told the manager Brennan there was a problem with this particular $19.99 entree, he was dismissive and took the food/plate from the table and discounted only $7. Everything else was delicious. The total came to $145.14. There are too many restaurants in the area to be treated like I was.

We arrived to a packed restaurant at 9:30pm but were given assurances it wasn't too late to get a table for three. The food was ok but definitely not on par with what we've become accustomed to at the Copeland's in Baton Rouge. At one point, we didn't see our waitress for over 20 minutes. Our water glasses were empty, we'd only received one of our appetizers, and no silverware. We asked for cheesecake to go when she finally returned, but were told technically they were closed by that point (10:25pm). The restaurant was still about 25% full. I can't imagine it would have been that difficult to wrap up 2 cheesecakes to go for two very tired little girls who'd been at a gym meet all day, and had already left another local restaurant due to service issues.

It was a group of us, Queens, having a business meeting and our waitress customer service was top notch with getting us all we needed and didn't express that she was overwhelmed by our requests. The food was great and fresh to taste.

Went for dinner not knowing what to expect. My first time in New Orleans. Was seated quickly. Service was Great . Was going to order my go to steak but decided to try something new . It was delicious. I started with the soup that had corn and crab meat with a bisque sauce. Very good I think it had to much corn but was good. I recommend very good all around.

I stayed for the drinks, sooooo good and a little strong but you don’t taste it. DANGEROUS!!!! but ooh so fun and delicious oh and don’t get me started on that cheese cake I am getting thicker just thinking about it.? The staff could use a little work but the atmosphere is nice it’s a great and quiet, chill place for meetings. We were supposed to be having a “meeting” here but I think us ladies all have to agree that we only say it’s buisness to put the men at ease. Say it with me half priced apps ain’t never hurt nobody OK.

Excellent dining experience! ERICA & ELVIS were great . Highly recommend the Eggplant Pirogue! Delicious!!
