Sorry to say but I think the guy was Fernando is a racist or perhaps it's just ignorance I was in the store in Harvey on Manhattan I noticed Fernando going around to different tables asking was everything okay I noticed that he did not come to my table and neither did he go to the table of a black guy who was sitting toward the front of the store it's no way he could have missed either of us needless to say the tables that he went to but Caucasian people I experienced something very similar in the store on Lapalco in Marrero the same Fernando guy went to this lady and we asked her which was everything okay this was a customer who I was sitting two tables away from and we were having a conversation he looked over at me turned around and went back to the counter area. Needless to say my visitors are seldom since I have experiences I'm wondering if I should share this with my church members and other people in the community some people don't understand or pretend you don't understand until you start hitting their bottom line
Friendly service. Quick delivery of food in drive thru and everything cooked to perfection.
Poor managment, the workers are always great nice & kind. But my problem recently has been with management. I order delivery often & most times they forget the straws for my drinks or spoons for my soup. I usually dont worry about it because i have an extra straw or utensil. But today I didnt so i called them to let them know hey i need spoons i ordered 3 soups. someone answers and when i told them what happened they literally went mute & hand up. I called 20x after and no answer? this location needs a better management team that can actually provide quality customer service like the rest
This location rushes and will give you the wrong order & if you need a refund you will have to come all the way back to the store! Brittany is rude & josh is very rude as well. I paid 16$ and was missing food & they stated to me they could not issue a refund over the phone! I would recommend a different location like Metairie, this location is like a Taco Bell or mc Donald’s
I love this Chick-fil-A! I'm applying to work at this Chick-fil-A location in the coming weeks. But I want to make a suggestion...Anything we can do to save paper will help reduce the amount of trash going into landfills, and it will also reduce energy use and pollution associated with manufacturing, transporting, and recycling new paper products. Have your employees email the receipt (s) of the customers. GEAUX GREEN!
If you goes to Chick-fil-A on Manhattan in Harvey, please try there Grilled Smokehouse BBQ Bacon Sandwich they are really delicious, put a little more BBQ on it‼
A favorite however; kids in inclimate weather taking/ handing out orders, makes me a tad nervous for their health and well being!
First time eating chikfila. Had the spicy chicken deluxe meal and was pretty good.
I never thought the service at Chick Fil-a would stoop to terrible service. I felt like I was at a Taco Bell drive through. I’m not going to go into the gruesome details of how the whole process was difficult, but let’s say this… we do not recommend the Manhattan Blvd location at this time. Hopefully management gets this back under control. I felt like such a big inconvenience to the workers because I was there ordering food.
When I order a 1/2 sweet tea 1/2 unsweetened tea why I get 1/2 lemonade 1/2 sweet tea instead and I never have time to bring it back when this happens this has about 5 times
