I've recently been back to this store, and the quality has dropped. I even asked the night manager if they were hiring. Was told to come during the day, but lobby is closed. I have called the number to this location several times, with no answer. The quality of food has definitely diminished. I have had fries, that are reheated, not fresh. An poor service, due to the lack of staff. Unable to apply for any position, which is fine. Plenty of jobs out their, this place was just more convenient. All of this falls on management, stone walling.
No sauce in the bag. Every time I come here there's something wrong with my order. I once waited 15 minutes for two rodeo burgers with cheese and then when I receive my order they forgot to put cheese on there and then try to tell me I didn't order cheese even though it was on the receipt. Service is subpar.
every time i go to the one located in Harvey ,always get bad service ,food not even good all burger king really need to pick up .I won't be going back anymore

I went to the Burger King today and order a Whopper Junior something back because it was still red in the the manager told me that it had just came off the and all of them look like it took me a minute to convince her to take my burger and then when I got the second Burger it was okay but it was cold if you are a manager get rude with the customer and then she told me she can only do it once refix another didn't ask if I wanted a I used to go to this Burger King in Harvey on now I will not go there

Multiple times coming here it’s always “drive around we will bring it to you.”This time around I asked the lady how long do I have to waitHer reply was “I don’t have a time just pull around” as if I’m not familiar with the fact does she’s getting all these cars to pull around to falsify their drive thru time.Although I waited 17 minutes at least the food was hot this time
An employee wearing a name tag with Edwina on it is one of the most nastiest, rudest and disrespectful servers that I have come across at any Burger King restaurant that I have visited. I frequent Burger King quite often however, I’ll be avoiding the store in Woodmere from now on. There are too many other restaurants from which I can select to patronize when I want a quick fast food breakfast or lunch. I don’t understand why some people apply for jobs and treat the customers as if they hate their job. I don’t usually write reviews that include complaints about employees however, this kind of situation needs to be rectified. I strongly dislike being ill treated/disrespected and I do not have to put up with it.
