Went to get breakfast melt advertised didn't have. Only thing they had to offer was croissant sandwiches. I ordered 2 sausage cheese and egg croissant and 1bacon and cheese and egg croissant. The sandwich had 2strips of bacon smaller than my pinky finger. So small you couldn't even taste the bacon only the cheese and egg. For the price I paid I expected at least 4strips of bacon.

Paid more than $8 for an old, dried out, overcooked biscuit, overcooked hashbrowns and an orange juice. The only thing that was edible was the juice, probably because it comes pre-packaged and sealed from the producer. Burger King should really do something about this location. The food here is a disappointment 9 out of 10 times. I guess I should be grateful that they didn't have me pull into the parking lot to wait for it too, as they usually do.

My feet actually stuck to the floor...no matter where I walked my feet made noise because of something on the floors..another person complained about a bug in his drink, the manager said sometimes they get little bug around the soda machine, huh, why? The windows were dirty and they were not stocked, out of butter, out of biscuits, I had to settle for a Sausage Croissant, coffee was strong and no napkinsin the bag, I had to ask for a napkin. Otherwise, the tables were clean and so was the parking lot..employees were very friendly as well..

There’s wasn’t anybody to take my order at the drive-through. I pull up to the window, give my order and the employee is on a call with customer service. Maybe it’s personal maybe it’s because their system is down, but there was no real good customer service here.

Horrible. I ordered a bacon king with 2 1/4 pound patties there website says a hardy portion of thick cut bacon looks like 6 full slices I got home it had 3 1/2 pieces of paper thin bacon which the site says goes on the single patty bacon king. People need to get what they pay for and there menu and website depicts.false advertising. Never going there again.left complaint with there customer care line.gave it a 1 star rating because there is nothing lower.

Coldest food I have ever received in my life. Why do I have to get pulled out of the drive thru line to wait by the door when they obviously aren’t waiting on food to cook ?

I’ve given this location 3 tries and every time the food is terrible! Never again I’d rather drive a few more miles to find ok food. It use to be good food but the workers now don’t care.

I dont know why this location is open. I came here @ 6:10 pm and no one was at the intercoms so I had to pull up to the window. The lady took my order but couldn't remember my order and had to ask me again. Waited all together 20 mins and had a guy come out to tell me they were close after they took my order. Whoever management is yall need to retrain that person because the employees at this location needs to be retrain. I will never come to this burger King, I hope yall do better and God bless yall because yall really need it.

I understand being short staffed, but there is no way I should receive food during lunch hour that is cold as ice. It is too expensive to receive food that is not edible and you don't have time to return it because you're on lunch break.
