The food was great. It was my second visit and each time, the visit did not disappoint. Big Poppa is the correct name for the burgers because they are huge and very tasty. We will visit Big Poppa burgers again in the near future. recommend Big Poppa burgers to anyone that desires a great tasting burger at a great price, I never had a burger that delicious and filling before. Thanks Big Poppa burgers for a great meal experience.

I had a Groupon and they would not honor it. They stated they don’t take the Groupon on the weekends. It was not stated anywhere on the Groupon before I purchased it. Nor was it updated to state the fact (per the cashier). They don’t take groupons on the weekends because it’s too busy. WT**kind of excuse is that!! (It’s Friday and I’m the only one outside trying to order something). Picture attached. Now do it look busy!!???? After receiving my order,I found that the meat was burnt and falling apart. The bread was soggy AF!! And the onion rings made with homemade batter. ( it was not seasoned. Wry hard and taste just like flour) I would not recommend this establishment. Very poor experience all together. Waste of my fourth some odd dollars. Very disappointed!!! So Mr Master P. Get it together with the people who are suppose to represent you sir in business!!!
Great little hole in the wall that I just happened to come across. Burgers were cooked fresh and come fully dressed. Highly recommend the special sauce!!! Would have been a 5 star review but for whatever reason we were not allowed inside. The only other complaint would be that my burger was "burnt". Fries are thick potato wedges and seasoned well, again everything is cooked fresh so expect a little wait. Staff was friendly and it was a beautiful day to sit outside and eat. Will try again soon!!!!
The staff are great, the food was cooked properly, the location is nice and clean, but not everything is great.I had the chicken & waffles. I expected chicken with a slight sweetness to it, dense crust, and juicy tender meat. This chicken wasn't the most tender but it was still good and met other criteria.The real problem is the waffle. That waffle does not pair with that chicken or even any fried chicken. The amount of bakery spices present in the waffle is excessive, to say the least. There is brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and perhaps wheat but it's hard with certainty to say as the entire waffle is overloaded with spice.It's easy to make a decent waffle. I cant say I understand why they walked this path. The entire point is to match savory and sweet. A Belgian waffle with Madagascar, tahitian, or vanilla extract would suffice. I wouldn't even be upset about the cheap syrup if you got the waffle right.
I like the way they season their burgers. It’s different than the usual hamburger. It’s seasoned with Italian breadcrumbs and reminds me of my mother’s. It’s topped with a thick piece of breaded fried bacon. It’s delicious!

I have passed this establishment q00s of times and decided to drop in, however the dine in was open only, Too bad going in to dine was closed b/c of Covid-19.The Big Papa Burger was one of the BEST Burgers I have tasted in years, so glad I stopped in..The young lady at the Side Take Out order window was kind & courteous, well mannered. THE Burger was cooked to perfection and piled high meat and Dressed on Delicious Toasted Bun. IT CAME WITH BACON, FRIED ONIONS, OVER EASY EGG ON TOP. The price was very reasonable and worth every bite. BE SUTE TO STOP IN IF YOUR IN AREA OR COASTING ALONG 4TH HARVEY IT IS WELL WORTH YOUR TIME, POCKETBOOK, AND TASTEBUDS. WHAT A HIDDEN GEM ON THE "BESTBANK"..LOL
Food was good the cashier sucked, the make em say ugh burger was great the milkshake was ok wouldn’t get it again but burgers and honey bbq fries are good customer service needs to step up no?
I like to shot out the lady holding it down at Big Poppa chicken & waffles..one of the best burgers I ever had
