Pulled up in the drive through, no burgers no grilled chicken, no wraps, no apple juice for kids meal. we left and won't be back !
Dined in. Got the Gyro sandwich combo. Very tasty and filling. Good courteous service as well. Highly reccomend!
The chicken salad sandwich commercial they're currently running made me try this and when I tell you it was a let down, it was a let down. Too much mayo/sauce/whatever used and no seasonings. Also, the service was sketchy as heck. Went through the drive thru and the person taking the order seemed to be oblivious to what she was supposed to be doing and how to deliver decent customer service. I will assume it was her first day on the job. Visited on 5/14/22 afternoon.
I when to try their Chicken salad sandwich and it was very good, but I loved it with grapes ?in it too ?
They were rude. They pulled me up at six other cars go through then proceeded to bring one part that they had pulled up after me and brought his food out and still didn't bring out mine

The food is average Arbys. I mean its corporate fast food all the lazy, incompetent employees have to do is heat it up. Which brings to me to my recent experience. The employees are rude, incompetent and just don't seem to care. This wasn't my worst fast food experience but its was definitely bad. I guess Arbys has to hire employees from the area and well the area is as bad as the customer service.
Ordered two combos, one with jalapeno poppers. Asked to make sure I got the jelly for the poppers when I got up to the window. After I drove off, I realized I had two large curly fries instead of the jalapeno poppers. Checked the receipt and they rang up the curly fries instead of the poppers. Went back and ordered a large jalapeno popper for about $5.50, and didn't get the jelly the second time. I wouldn't mind the second set of curly fries, but they were cold. Now I know why they don't have anything on their receipt asking for comments on how they are doing.
The Harvey Louisiana Manhattan location is a joke! They close at 7pm and then even if you go before they close you still might not get served! I went around 5:55pm and there was nobody there to take my order. I was left waiting then I pulled up and blew my horn and no one even came to the window. I actually really like the beef and cheddar sandwich and it seems like the only way I will get it is if I go to the location on Veteran's Blvd in Metairie Louisiana because the Manhattan location absolutely sucks! They are giving Arby's a bad rep in my opinion!
I ordered two combo meals when she handed me the tiny bag I asked her if this was on my food got upset and told me ya get out her line when I drove off I saw that there was only one sandwich not too and the sandwich they gave me wasn't even the right one as my sandwiches were supposed to be turkey and chicken I had to get back in line and wait when I got to the Box I explained to them what was wrong they acted like they didn't understand what I was saying and told me to just drive around so I waited a half an hour longer just to get to the window only for them to argue with me about the bag and what was in it I simply gave them the bag back as they gave it to me explained that the two sides were right but there was only one sandwich in there and it was wrong so I needed the two correct sandwiches they spent another 10 minutes arguing with me before I show them I received it said this is what I want there's no way that you could have fit does two sandwiches plus the sides in that tiny back so can I please just have my order they finally fixed it but then only gave me my sandwiches would not give me myself so I had to spend another two minutes arguing with them about my sides they threw some fries in a bag cursed me out and close the window by the way I did not order fries I had other sides which they could clearly see because they had the receipt I will never eat there again cuz it was the manager who is doing all the cursing and being ignorant if I'm a spend $25 on two meals I at least expect to get my food and get what I paid for
