Great Zaxby’s restaurant-I had previously checked their website about whether they will grill or blacken their chicken fingers, and when I asked in person, they were happy to do either (since they’re all cooked to order!) The gentleman who prepared them even asked me afterwards if I liked them, and I raved to him that they were even better than Popeye’s style of grilled fingers. It was an exceptionally clean restaurant, everyone was very friendly and pleasant, and I will happily remember to go back to this Zaxby’s the next time I’m in Hammond.

Won't let me give a 0 star review. Absolutely terrible staff making absolutely terrible food and I just watched my stuff sit at the window for 17 minutes while they served other people in the line.

Great tasting fried chicken strips, big fat crinkle fries and they have the drink machine with over 500 options! Decent prices too for the amount of food.

I love Zaxby’s, but this location needs some work, mens room was out of soap and paper towels, credit card machine was down, soda fountain wasn’t working properly, and my order wrong was incorrect. The staff was friendly though.

I came inside and ordered a 20 piece tender, side of fries and cheese bites. Their digital menu board clearly shows prices. When it was paid for, the receipt showed prices higher than that on the menu boards, overcharging me. I figured it was an honest mistake and asked them to match their menus and thats when the customer service started failing. Because I was only overpaying by a few dollars I figured they would just do a small refund to honor their menu posted, but I was met quickly with "sorry nothing we can do about that". At that point I guess they expected me to just accept that they have hidden higher prices, but I then asked for a full refund instead. The manager rung up a similar, but not same order and gives me a couple dollars less back then I even paid in the first place. I immediately noticed and told her to compare receipts, because now at this point not only did the store try yo overcharge me originally but they're not refunding the full amount. She makes a call to her boss and rings up another unrelated item to make up the difference.During this I asked for the owners number or franchise contact, to which she answered that I cannot get it, I can just call the store tomorrow and maybe the manager will be there.I travel a lot for business, have well over a hundred transactions with Zaxbys and never saw a scenario like this before. It's quite unique and sad. I'll be sharing this elsewhere and hope many more customers approach the secret menu pricing at this location with care.

Not sure how this location stays open. Although they always have a sign out front that the dining room is open, the door is always locked. Go through drive thru and half the time, they can't or won't serve you. Don't bother speaking to a manager, they don't care. Do yourself a favor, go to Canes, they're open and will actually serve you.

One piece of chicken was size of a nickel. Other pieces were small and hard. Charged my debit card twice took 30 minutes to get a refund . Offered nothing for waiting that was their mistake then get home food was horrible. We go once a week and it's been going downhill. Lost our business.

Something weird happens at night with this place.If you go during the day, you're more likely to get better service. Come night time, it's like a totally different place.I placed a waitr order. My wings were missing sauce, the coleslaw I ordered was missing, they gave us the wrong sauce, chicken was cold like it had been in the fridge yet the fries were warm, the toast was SOGGY, and our drinks - which I had specifically asked for diet due to us being diabetic - were NOT marked, so we had to throw those out because we didn't know if they contained sugar or not.Save your time, go to chick-fil-a or canes.

Horrible!! Every person having a drive thru order was told to pull in a parking space. No checks and balances, such as a name and vehicle to match the orders with the customer ? So you get workers coming out and bringing bags to the cars trying to get orders to the right people. The food was sub-standard. Please send some upper level management to oversee these employees who are ruining your business...PERIODT

Really bummed they don’t honor the normal specials other locations do. We were told on numerous occasions that their specials were offered and then every time we go they don’t honor it.
