If you order online double the amount of estimated time, minimum. Only one of four employees was moving with any sense of urgency. Frustrating. Should've read the reviews before I ordered.
Placed my order at 4:30pm and here it is 5:16 pm and still no food first time eating here I think I’d rather find another wing place just lost my service for sure . I have watched people walk in and wait 5 to 10 minutes and walk out the door
Last time it took forever. Tried again and was worse. Ordered online. Was quoted 16-21 minutes and hour later I was told my order was still behind three others. Asked to cancel and be refunded, was told I had to cancel online. The website says to call the restaurant to cancel. Was told I was wrong again and had to go through the website. Again the site says to call the restaurant. They eventually took my name and number and said the DM would have to do it later. Won't waste my time or money again. Update: 2 weeks later. No refund. Contacted the email provided and no response.
There was ZERO interest in customer service. I sat in the parking lot for 30 minutes waiting for the place to open. A girl in blond and black braids unlocked the door and walked away. i opened the door as she is rounding the counter with an attitude tells me she is ONLY accepting online orders she is the only employee there. I could boy have encountered anyone more RUDE. if you don't want business don't open! if you have that disgusting distain for customers who are paying your paycheck don't work there! I am so disappointed! I waited weeks to come in! I WONT return to this location! I went down the street gave Canes my business. super friendly! Super fast. happy employees!
i’m never one to review anywhere. and i’ve had issues with this location before and just let it go but tonight was the absolute worst. i ordered delivery at 8:30pm. it was just delivered at 10:50. the food was also cold and sauce has spilled everywhere. i was also missing all of the drinks that i ordered and the side of corn. my kids fell asleep waiting on dinner. i will never go to wingstop again. absolutely terrible.
Food was not great. Fries are so soggy and not cooked well. The wings were not all that good. There are better wing places in Hammond. I don’t recommend this place at all. Lost my money for gross food I never ate.
My food came out hot and fresh and the service was great and very friendly. I would love to give a shout out to Danielle who took my order and gave me my food she was so kind and even asked questions I forgot like what sauces I wanted. Great experience I love Wingstop and this was my first time to this location.
If the fries weren't small, dry and hard then they were super thick and undercooked. Very inconsistent fries. The wings were great though.
I placed my order online and it said it would be ready in 15 mins at the store. When I arrive at the store I was told my order is not ready they are waiting on fries me thinking oh my food will be hot and fresh sadly I was wrong. By the time I got home (and I don’t live very far) my fries were already cold and soggy and my hot wings tasted like they had been sitting for hours and covered in space for a long time and just soggy I could not enjoy my meal at all
Wings were good and made fresh. My personal top wing spot. And the ladies working there were so polite and courteous.
