This is the 10th time this year (2022) my food was atrocious from this locations. It all looked and tasted old. The large friend weren’t even half full and we’re soggy and cold. The chilli was so old I could turn the cup upside down and it wouldn’t budge. Literally couldn’t make myself eat my dinner. I won’t be purchasing from this location anymore. Their idea of what is acceptable food and my idea of acceptable food are too far apart.Plus I always catch attitude from the staff. I try to be patient cuz I get it; I lived off tips for years. But like, enough is enough.

I ordered burgers and chicken sandwiches without the bun and instead a lettuce wrap and they gave me one leaf of lettuce. The lettuce is supposed to take the place of the bun. They only gave me the lettuce that goes on the sandwiches. How am I supposed to wrap it in one little leaf that already goes on it? I feel jipped. And...I ordered NO onions,add tomatoes!!Smdh

Every time we go there they miss putting fries in our bag or the burgers are wrong. They even forgot the bacon. The fries taste like they are fried in old grease. Do not recommend this Wendy's until they get new management! ?

It's okay. It's faster than Burger King has been lately. Just more expensive.

As a Frosty Fool or an attic for Wendy's chocolate Frosty, I was highly disappointed when paying over $3.50 for my usual large chocolate frosty. I did enjoy every bite and each sip from my straw, down to the bottom of my paper cup. As times are tough, this luxury is now overpriced. Being a bargain shopper, I Can buy a half gallon of chocolate ice cream for this price. Friendly staff at the window even shared the same disappointment with me. We want Back the 99 cent frosty deal. That's what draws cliental!

This Wendy's is run by people who do not care and some with bad attitudes. When I was at the drive thru window getting my food, the one taking orders was complaining about a person who just placed an order and called them stupid. My order was not right. I will not be going back to this Wendy's.

9pm on a Saturday. The inside was closed. 5 employees I could see on the inside and they could only handle 1 order at a time. They would take an order at the drive through, let that car pull up, fill that order while everyone else waited, then when that car left they would do it again. Why? Because everyone inside, including the guy in charge, was on their cell phone in the drive through window. I asked for a receipt. Nope. Nobody had changed the receipt tape all day. So when they did, the whole days worth of receipts started printing. The parking lot was a mess. This place was awful.

If I could give negative stars I would. Incompetence abounds this establishment. If I sucked that hard at putting food in a bag I think I would consider checking into an adult daycare. Pathetic.

This place deserves negative stars.

Every single time I order here they get my order wrong and always forget to give me items or just give me the wrong items altogether. I'm actually starting to wonder if anyone in this store is literate, including the management. I'm done giving them chances.
