The service at this location just goes further and further downhill. Today it took us almost 10 minutes to order and get through the drive through with omly 2 cars ahead. They were more concerned about keeping us their precious timer than actually getting the food out to us in a timely manner. Also it's been a year or more since restaurants were allowed to reopen. You still cant go in and order. As an ex Wendy's employee it almost made me want to go in and show them how it's done.
Plan on waiting no less than 5 to 10 mins bc they take literally one order at a time like they can't multi-task more than one order at a time for sub par food ,I refuse to go if they have more than 2 cars in line bc it's just not going to be worth the wait to me
This Wendy's has no change. Participating in Great Reset (Communist). I won't be back. Stay with Chic FIL A.
you cannot go inside and the drive-thru is very very slow. so you would think they'd be able to get the accuracy of the order correct maybe next time
The service was unprofessional.. they have you wait for food for the fries to be burnt, lettuce on the sandwich was mushy, the order of 6pc nuggets was a 3pc. They ask you if you would like to upgrade for only the drink to be upgraded. What was the point? They laughing and talking... its nothing wrong with that at all but give the customers their food right and send them on their way . I tried them several times before I just said something about the service.
This Wendy's looks actually the same as when I was little no changes but not in a good way. Also, the customer service should be a bit more friendly and caring. And in one of the entrances there is a poor design of the concrete. The car almost got damage when I pulled up.
We ordered from the window and it took forever to get our order. They didn’t won’t us go drive up to the window until the order was done. They acted like we had some kinda Disease. It was up because the one behind us went straight to the window. I think it was because the color of our skin. Our skin was white
The people were nice and the food was actually hot and fresh. They even communicated that they were waiting on the eggs to be done cooking and didn't ask me to pull up past the window like some fast food places do.
I found your employees to be a bunch of nutcases. Is stopping people from coming up to the drive-through window for no reason whatsoever acting like they wanted us to backup. The 2 times I went there I found your employees to be crazy I will never go to your Is restaurant again
