Coffee and grounds....must be bottom of pot....no recipe... service with you scum aditude...no lobby...slam dunk food in bag...wow what a mistake...no wonder no wait for breakfast...no line.. should have been my first clue....wait in McDonald's long line next time... Hammond mall.. Wendy's...is trash...IF IT IS GIVEN MORE THAN 1 STAR....IT WAS BY AN EMPLOYEE..OR THERE FAMILY....seen my review...seen my credit card....refused service....thank God....tryed to give them a 6th try ....all bad....the uninformed welcome...at least once...lol...rofl...
Whoever is cooking tonight, Thursday March 3rd at 10:30pm, is AWESOME! Thank you for these delicious burgers. We pulled into 3 fast food places before coming there and I'm glad we kept going. Thank y'all. It doesn't even taste like fast food.
I went there on my 30 minute lunch break and by the time I ordered it was over. It seemed to only have 1 work maybe 2 but I sat in drive thru for over 30 minutes uncalled for especially since I only get a 30 minute lunch not a way to run a business
I drive a semi and the people at this store unlocked the doors and let us come inside to eat. Bless them all for being so kind. The food was hot and delicious
They completely messed my order up and the frys were cold and soggy plus a stupid long wait the girl at the window was polite though
Until they open their dinning room, I will rank them dead last, they have enough staff to take care of both drive thru, and dinning room, they are veryvery very slow at taking orders at the speaker , they make you wait until they take care of one customer at a time, then when you do get to the window they are even slower, so my recommendation is, do not patronize any of them!
Look here, If consistency is key then this Wendy's is NOTHING if not consistently bad. Why would you ask me single double or triple if you're just going to give me a single every time I say double? Why aren't your fries ever hot? No for real, I wanna know. And how come while the rest of the world is opening their lobbies again, this is the only spot on Hammond that won't? Why does it seem like your equipment is always down? And why were they rude to my friend when she pointed out her order was wrong? These things matter, right? Eh, whatever.
It was a very clean, very courteous, and the food was very fresh. Definitely better than many Wendy's locations.
The workers were friendly and our orders were properly prepared. Additionally, the burgers were good and the fries were fresh and crisp...just the way I enjoy them.
Had a BOGO scan code on my phone. The code did not work. No surprise, twice before T-Mobile had given a BOGO and the code did not work and the staff could not figure out what to do. They did give me the benefit in spite of the problem, but it would be nice if they were trained on the app side.Good chance this is all my fault. To me it is confusing, but then much is. I appreciate their courtesy and effort.The fries are excellent as are their premium sandwiches. Sorry to see the store in Ponchatoula close.
