Totally slammed pack with customers only 2 waitress/servers and 1 cook. Tried to call in my order and can't even get them to answer the phone. The girl told us it will be about 30-45mins before she can take our order! Totally ridiculous if you ask me! I don't understand why have a phone if nobody will answer it, don't they know that's how stores/restaurants loose their tips/money ?♀️. Definitely will never come back to this store ever again because the service is horrible. Also another thing that made me mad was employees calling my husband baby/babe that's totally disrespectful, all customers should be greeted with Mr. Or Mrs when being spoken too not something else.
This was by far the worst experience I have ever had at a Waffle House location. I am a frequent Waffle House customer and I always have been a big fan of Waffle House but this experience I had was very disappointing and I will be sure to tell everyone I know, not to go to this location. I was not acknowledged upon my arrival whatsoever, it was not extremely busy, the 3 employees there saw me as I came inside. I sat at the bar alone, no one else was seated at the bar and waited patiently for the cook to get finished with the order he was preparing. The waiter that was inside was tending to the customers she already had, did not say anything to me. The other waiter that was outside saw me walk in, and when she came in, she thought it would be more important to work through an issue she was having with her phone. After she worked through, the issue, she decided to take the order from the people that came in after me, since she knew them, I guess that was more important. Yet, at this point, I have still not acknowledged, at this point I am second guessing my decision to eat there. Finally, the other waiter asked me if she took my order. Then, she took my order and still did not call it out correctly. After they finished my order, I still had to wait for them to finish bagging it and give it to me longer than necessary. Awful awful experience. I would not recommend this location to anyone. I would go hungry before returning here. Terrible. The reason why I came here is because I am a over the road driver and I was staying at the pilot in my truck. It was close in walking distance not far from my truck. Had I known I would have had this experience, I would have just waited to eat somewhere else when it came time for me to leave.

It’s Waffle House baby! First off I’ve been to hundreds of these as a trucker, they are always conveniently close to a Truck center. That being said you tend to get the service if the demographic area that surrounds them. But not at this location. I had the pleasure of being waited on by Dixie. This southern Gem took my order, got my drink and kept it refilled without me asking. She was super attentive and was efficient at her job. The location was busy and the line was running like a smooth oiled machine. Everyone had there place and position covered to a T. Food came out hot and quick and delicious. Stop in you won’t be disappointed and make sure you stop and see the Gangster Granny! Thank you Miss Dixie.

Worst store ever. They treat people according to the color of your skin. Its sad to see that just coz you are not local they treat you very disrespectfully. They closed the doors on us and didnt let us even come in just coz we dont belong to the community. Very very very wrong.
Worst customer service ever , they let you in by the color of your skin please do not stop by at this location ever , this employee locked the door on us but allowed other people in that came after us, solely based on being from the community.

It be greazy at times. It be dirty occasionally. Sometimes you gotta watch your personal belongings and/ or your anger management. But if you like decadent dining and dicey times, this fine establishment is for you!
