We love SPOGA !!! The owners are amazing faith based people , who really care about your goals!! All instructors, staff, and day care providers are so welcoming and really love their jobs. I am impressed with the overall genuine , positive , and encouraging vibe of the gym . This gym is inspiring and not intimidating like some others I’ve visited!!!
