Waited literally 50 minutes for 6 tacos and 2 chalupas for a door dash delivery. Yet the drive through moved quickly. Im sure its because the drive through has a timer. So they could care less about people dining in. Most pathetic fast food experience ever. Employees moved with zero purpose. Id give this location negative 5 stars if i could.
I used to love this Taco Bell. That’s why they are getting two stars instead of one. I should give them one considering how twice this week I have paid for extra sides and still get skimped. And then they refuse to give me my chips with my supreme deal box. Twice in one week smh I might have to stop coming here and goto another one because I used to NEVER have problems here. EVER.
My order was not fixed the way I asked for it to be. And I had to ask for extra mild sauce and the girl at the window acted as though I had asked for a knife to cut her throat. So I asked if that was a problem all she did was shake her head no was not pleased with my food or the service. Not all taco bells are this way but I am beginning to find more and more of them not that great. Sorry Taco Bell but you can do better than that
Hit and miss, 50% of the time you make an order it won't be correct. 50% of the time you get a friendly employee, 50% of the time of the employees are to busy joking and carrying on inside and not really concerned about being professional.
The Amite Taco Bell is my favorite drive-thru restaurant. Tasty food served by friendly faces.Can't go wrong here ❗ It's easy to fill up here for $5 or less . . .
I asked if they could grill my food extra crispy and ¡dios mio! they knocked it out the park. I do consider myself a Taco Bell enthusiast and this location is always excellent. Whoever was working the kitchen around 9pm on 1/16/2022 I appreciate the love and care you put into that chicken quesadilla & chicken chipotle wrap and you deserve a RAISE❤️
Le.ft out one of my items ordered no manager skills if too long waiting offer your customer a free drink or comp something for their long wait happy customer happy business profits

I don’t know who the new manager is but they are very rude. I go to the other Taco Bell’s and get the same thing and that’s a chipotle roller and asked to get it grilled. It’s only like 2 of them. I been doing it here for a while till this manager showed up. I told her politely that I do this all the time and she said she does not care and I can not do it and started yelling at me. She is rude and is bringing down this location!!!
If I could leave 0stars I would. They were so rude and extremely slow. We were missing food and they were rushing us to leave. Went back around and they screamed “come on come on come on.” Never coming here again the food isn’t even made well enough to forgive the poor service.
