Ladies at the drive through were very nice, big smiles, helpful. Just having such nice smiles makes a big difference. I don't typically drive to this Taco Bell but I will from now on....even with a TB closer to my home than this one. 4/5 starsEdit: Once again the ladies in the drive through were a pleasure to visit. Twice back to back! It's been a long time but I can't remember a visit to Taco Bell where it's been such a pleasure for me and this is two times in a row.Gluten free options as standard menu items and I'm a crunchy taco guy.Progress in service with a smile is obvious and I'm convinced that of all the locations close to my home, I'll only visit this one. Very well done. 5/5 stars
We were the only customers in the place and the service was slow. We were made to feel we were bothering them. Two employees played on their cell phones while one was taking our order. My chicken quesadilla was burnt and my husbands food was cold. He brought his back and they made his order again. Still cold! We threw everything away. Unprofessional, singing loud and talking on their cell phones. Never experienced this from Taco Bell ever.
Ordered Doritos Taco Crave Box the tacos ?where plain no lettuce nor tomatoes called the same day about the order I was told to give my name at the drive thru arrived about two days later they told me that I had to pay for my order cause they miscommunication with staff manager. I will not be purchasing any more food from this location very unprofessional.
Closed at 9pm instead of the time they said they close. Last time I got food from here they totally messed up my order and didn't want to give me my receipt. Definitely won't be going back.
These people are awesome. They were friendly, fast, accurate, and the food was delicious. We look forward to seeing y’all again!

Okay. I just left from this location & my taco is ice cold. Really disappointed!
I ordered online ahead of time to make things faster. When I arrived they didn't even know that there was an order made and I told them what was in my order and they wanted me to pay I told them I already paid. So they found my order and I waited 25 minutes in the lobby while the employees played around and did anything but make my order. I told them they could keep their money and I went home and ate a salad.
Employees fighting with each other took me 45 min for a order I called in 30 min before showing up so an HR 1:15 min for take out
