Clearly no one prepped anything and everything was empty and kinda dirty. Didn’t even finish the food because the bread was undercooked on the inside. Not to mention workers were rude and clearly had an attitude when I asked for a lid because the container was EMPTY
We had a very good encounter here. Gwendolyn I believe her name is, is a fantastic server. Great attitude and very friendly, she knew her stuff and asked all the right questions. I think that's her name, she's African American, young and beautiful with lots of service knowledge of subway. She should be mgr. She spoke when we came in and although there was a line. She moved the customers right through. Very fast while keeping the customer in mind.
This store insisted on charging me the price of a premium drink for a cup of ice water. Employees do a sloppy job of making sandwiches compared to other local franchises. Also they were just a little rude. There are lots of other locations in the Hammond area that offer far better service. Don't choose this one if your looking for top notch service.

I've had a bad Experience at several other Subway stores in the area but this one went above and beyond and they were super friendly and nice! And they're hiring if you need a job!!! I was introduced by name to all 3 people but, I was so excited about the service I forgot all three!!!! Go to this subway if you want extremely fast, accurate, and friendly service!!!!

There’s this one guy, he’s pretty tatted and his presence & humor is what makes this subway so enjoyable. He consistently memorizes my order and the intricacies of it. Service is always great but I think this guy deserves a corporate position or something, I swear he never has a bad day and his enthusiasm really has a positive effect on my day.
Server act like she didn’t want to be at work leaning on the counter while making my sandwich, she basically threw my food together like she didn’t care. Majority of the stuff I ordered on my sandwich was left on the cutting board and had to be thrown away because she put it together so sloppy. This location doesn’t enforce wearing a mask so lord knows what germs are being spread in there. Made a complaint the manager or whoever answered the phone act like she didn’t care either. Overall I won’t ever waste my time going to this Subway again, I see why Hammond only has one location and at this rate it won’t have any.
Came in Starving!!! Met a Guy named Charles and he’s probably the most mannerable, professional employee I’ve ever met at a subway ever. Made my sandwich with care and professionalism. Not taking away from any other employees, but he made this experience memorable. God bless you Charles ??
