I don’t normally leave reviews but I had to leave one after my encounter today.I was in line waiting for my coffee and overheard the barista ask a customer if she wanted anything special like “spit” in her coffee. My jaw hit the floor. At first I told myself maybe they know each other and he was joking but come to find out that was not the case. The worker was extremely rude and unprofessional to the girl in front of me. I never saw her act rude or nasty for her to be treated like this. I love target and Starbucks but honestly don’t know if I will be back to this location for my coffee. The barista who made the rude comment is named AJ.
Good Customer service and marketing were on their faces!! ?
I love the coffee. They are training new workers right now, so it's a little slow service, but it's understandable.
I'm probably just old school, but I wasn't very impressed with the coffee.
Explained what I wanted and then they made it wrong.
It's in a Target. Not a real store and wish Google would stop tagging/treating these locations as equivalent to actual Starbucks locations, since they're generally a lot slower/lower quality.
Love paying full price for a drink missing this much and then the barista ignores you tell you leave.

Closed at 8, even though google and the Starbucks website say 9pm. Madison was rude, and unprofessional and threw a fit because it was past their “closing time”.
Love this Starbucks here! I always get coffees here because they offer drive through and pick up orders, and baristas are super gentle and welcoming!
