What is going on with this Starbucks?!??? The line takes FOREVER to the point where I paid for two drinks but only could wait on one. We were in line for 36 minutes!!!!! Line is so restricting you just have to sit there and let it happen to you once you are there. Not sure about inside but the drive thru line is atrocious. Unless you have a day off and enjoy sitting in car lines….do not go here or go inside. I won’t be coming back here.

This is literally the worst starbucks and it just keeps getting worse they never have the right lids they never have straws everyone is usually rude except for one gentleman who is the light of this place. You need to get better at stocking because yall are out of literally everything every single day. I used to come once a day but they are lucky if I go once a week now terrible starbucks

This Starbucks has constantly gone downhill in the last 6 months. Every other drink that is made is incorrect and the employees get an attitude with the customers when they’re the ones who made it wrong. They’re very rude and snap at the customers. The wait is unbelievable… 45 minutes to a. Hour and sometimes the line isn’t that long and you still have a long wait. When you ask what is taking so long, you’re told we have a lot of new employees. Well shouldn’t they be trained before they are put on the floor. That’s very poor management, if they even have a manager. This Starbucks needs to close down. Extremely employees with bad attitudes. They’re not capable of taking blame for their own mistakes. Management doesn’t hold their employees accountable. Will not be going back after many years of going there daily at least twice a day. Wish the old employees never left. They were friendly, polite and knew your drinks and how you liked them.

The Starbucks barista’s at this location can make your drinks wrong, and you have no recourse.This morning I ordered my drink through the drive up. They overcharged and made it wrong. They refunded me the difference, and made my drink wrong a 2nd time.Instead of holding up drive thru, I opted to go inside and get my drink corrected. As soon as I walked in the door, I was told I can’t come in the store for the rest of the day. They didn’t make my drink a 3rd time. I went to another Starbucks, that had intelligence and knowledge of there drinks.I would not recommend this Starbucks, they have Poor service and disrespect towards customers. Poorly trained and can not except responsibly for their own mistakes.

They work daily with a variety of personalities & life seats, & respond as equally pleasant to each. Each person seems to love what they buy, & the employee mood is usually quite upbeat, friendly, & eager to help.

Everyone is so friendly. Love my coffee. So worth the wait

The employees are always in good spirits and friendly when my husband and I go for our weekly Frappuccino run. I would have given this establishment 5-stars but there is always an issue with having an adequate amount of supplies. For some reason, they are always missing the syrups and toppings I desire to add to my Frappuccino.

They make the best honey citrus mint tea around.

The baristas are great and they do their best with what they have to work with, it's just such a busy location. Definitely plan to spend at least 15min in line.
