Food came out without a bag no white box so I get my fries and chicken handed to me and then my condiments handed to me one by one no napkins never had this before this is horrible how do you give food to people without it being in a box or sack crazy stupid

My cold brew French vanilla tasted like regular coffee with 1% and 1/2 the regular amount of French vanilla. The chicken strips were miniscule. And my partners sweet tea barely had any sugar at all. These people used to be one of the best Sonic's in the area. I am VERY disappointed.

I'd been promising my youngest son a milkshake for forever (he likes to trade completed chores for milkshakes rather than cash ?). I was carpooling my other sons to work and was on a tight schedule. I went 5 miles out of the way to visit this Sonic and was NOT disappointed. I ordered two burgers, Gabe's milkshake and mozzarella sticks, preparing to wait longer than i really had the time for. We were in and out in less than ten minutes and the food was hot and perfect. Definitely recommend this Sonic!
This Sonic is always great. Fast and friendly service. Very good and consistency with the food also
Seems to be a breakdown with staffing since covid19. Staff is working hard I am sure but I feel like they just do not care about the customer's needs or wants.
Fastest I have ever gotten my food
