I always do pick up and my order is always ready within 5 to 10 minutes. They wrote an inspirational message on my cup today. A great way to start my Friday mornings.
The smoothies themselves are good, but one of the ladies keeps giving me a 40 ounce when I clearly asked for a 20 ounce drink. I cannot afford to pay this much each week.
Went to use my buy one get one on the app... Didn't work and charged me for it since a free enhancer was put in... Thanks for having a dumb system that keeps old rewards selected and only applies the lowest reward instead of highest.Pretty lame. Pass on to tech/marketing department. Thank you!________________________________________________Smoothie wasn't made well, got the police called on me for asking for it to be remade or refunded.Apparently when they asked what is wrong and I said I could watch them make it and let them know if I see something wrong was threatening.$1500 a year I spend at smoothie king.This is the only location that I have issues with. I wonder if the owner would like to sell it? Maybe we can work something out.Owner reached out. He seems like a great guy. I'm not sure how people get stuck without good customer service skills working for people like him and Wes. Seriously, some awesome kats and the West Thomas location is always the bomb too!I gave a five star rating because I feel bad for the kids that didn't know how to handle the situation and because, honestly, I love my smoothies and my only wish is to get one right when I wake up and head into work.It's a simple life and hopefully they can get their team situated.All I can do is support them and cheer them on, because they need to sell smoothies and I want to buy those smoothies, Sooo..... ?
Not even here during busy hours waited almost 5 min to order at speaker and we had to initiate someone to ask us what we want to order. He assumed we wanted one drink. We told him we was not done ordering. So we pull around to the window, two cars in front of us. 15 minutes later still haven’t seen not one person go to the window to the first car. We left. I’m sorry but it cannot take that long to make smoothies. Will not be back!
Had a small issue with my Smoothie not being smooth. I called and Mr.Blake fixed the problem.When I went back I got amazing service as usual and a delicious replacement smoothie. Thanks so much!
Looks like the store was just recently repainted and repaved outside! Much nicer looking. Loved that you can order ahead and pick up in the drive-thru.
Normally good, daily customer. Went recently and got strawberry gladiator, all strawberry. Smoothie tasted like chocolate. Went back in and employee tried to tell me I was wrong. When I come everyday. This smoothie looks brown.

Waited ten+ minutes in drive thru at noon. No cars ahead of me. Never acknowledged. Ended up leaving. Wasted my lunch break for nothing.
