Great food, friendly staff...wonderful atmosphere. Ordered a create your own bowl. So tasty. And the appetizers are amazing. Great variety of craft beer on tap.
Amazing place. One of my favorite of the whole Northshore area. It's all fantastic. The ribs were just perfect! We had a reservation for 18 and it went smoothly and we had a great time.
Loved the indoor/outdoor area & car part decor, very different! Food was good, cocktails were fair...service was fast, friendly, & quick to comp my martini that was not good at all. Was also served the incorrect entree but our server was on it & brought the right one with no hesitation.
Had a really great time last night! Thank you Salty Joes for the crawfish and the great live entertainment! You always give us a place to go for an afternoon and evening of fun, great atmosphere, great entertainment and good food! Friendly staff!
Very unique place with an inviting menu. However, the food was disappointing. Husband ordered the smoked burger with no onions. Received an over cooked burger with onions. I ordered street corn but the corn had been soaking in water so long it lacked flavor and substance. The pork belly appetizer with sausage was okay but my personal preference is not to have my food soaking in BBQ sauce. Our waiter John was very good snd attentive. I'm going to try this place again because a diner this cool just has to have good food.
We found this super cute and fun spot to celebrate as a family while in from out of town. We were a 10 person party - they accommodated us very quickly and were the nicest of people! The food was absolutely amazing, all of it. We all had different things and everyone couldn’t stop talking about how good it was. We will definitely be back!
It was our first time eating here (2/16/2022) the waitress was polite and recommended all of her favorites. The pulled pork sandwich was awesome!
Yummy I almost ate my whole plate before I took a picture. What is missing is the Texas toast! I ate it! I'm so so so very full now thank you salty Joe's!
Normally I won't leave bad reviews as someone who has worked in food and customer service. But tonight we ordered food through waitr and it was incredibly disappointing. My cuban sandwich, which I paid extra for extra pickles and cheese on, was sloppily thrown together and had about 2 slices of pickles on it, no mustard, and no mayo(aftwr having indicated adding it on the waitr order). The cheese was not melted and I don't think it was even swiss. Half the sandwich had almost no cheese at all. My boyfriend's brisket was dry and cold. The potato salad had no flavor. Found something in my mac and cheese and not sure what it was. Ordered cokes and didn't recieve them. None of this was the fault of the waitr driver. We will not be ordering from Salty Joe's again. It is really frustrating to spend $100 on food for it to be such a bad experience.
The atmosphere and staff was great. I ordered the smoked platter and the meat was very tender but pretty bland for my taste. Some people like the natural meat taste with some smoke flavor but I prefer more seasoning. The atmosphere was nice enough that I’d be willing to come back but I’d probably get a seafood platter or sandwich.
