Popeyes is always good food. Not nearly the specils we're all use to at popeyes. Wehave a large family so you can imagen my frustration. Its beenlike thid for a long time due to the lack of managent and the refusal to give the name or number of any district management to attend to the problems the staff either can't or won't. one of the biggest problems is their very short untrained staff who refuses to correct orders ive not got my order correct and ive been over charged for such a long time. My husband loves popeyes so I continue to over pay for the wrong orders. Life long unhappy customer. GREAT FOOD HORRIBLE SERVICE ALWAYS OVER CHARGED.
We get lunch about 2 saturdays a month for about 30 people here. We have 3 locations closer to us; but these guys give us the best and most professional and kindest service of all four area locations. Today, I am beyond satisfied because I asked them if we could start getting our sides as catering trays again. They apologetically said they have been unable to get the trays in due to supply chain issues. I told them the large sides were just not working for us because some people took an entire container, dishing up a portion caused a line and ultimately made a mess. They suggested getting 3 individual sides in lieu of each large side or 15 individuals for each catering tray. This worked wonderfully and will likely be the way we go even when trays are available again. I had to wait a few minutes past request time; but, they were short staffed like everybody else these days and they were hustling and extremely professional and kind and thanked me for our business several times. We appreciate the great service here at Supreme Toyota, Popeyes team on airport rd! Thank y’all!!!
Rude, straight rude, ordered large sides and got 5 bites out of it my friend got a side of mashed potatoes and this is what she got . i’ve worked in food service so i know what it is like and this is HORRIBLE ! Need better employees who actually know how to work in a business.
I wouldn't even give a star to them. I have never met fast food place that is so rude to their customers. They tried to make me pay for someone else's order plus my own. Screw that. They need to fire everyone or give them a class on how to treat people/customers. This isn't the first time they were rude. I have came in the past. I WILL DEFINITELY NEVER RETURN TO THIS ONE. THEY SHOULD REALLY CLOSE DOWN. OR GET BETTER MANAGEMENT WHO ACTUALLY CARES FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS. Went to back to Popeyes after get McDonald's order. Popeyes should take NOTES from McDonald's. Great customer service McDonald's. Went back to Popeyes because my dad really wanted red beans and rice.. so my husband went in ordered 2 red beans and rice large. We got a small cup and told it was a small. And all we got was a rice in a cup for both and no red beans pathetic. Poor customer service. I will definitely not got back to that one. SOME ONE NEEDS TO show them how customer service works and should be handled. If you don't like your job . Look for another job. Your running the business down into the ground with your rudeness.
It was HORRIBLE!!! Long line and wait in drive through, so I parked and went in. The clerk asked if I was picking up I, said no. I was told it was drive through only. NO SIGN ON DOOR !! Got back in line, finally get to do my order, the person taking orders spoke like she didn't want to be there. After taking my order I, said oh I have a coupon ( which I don't usually use) , she replied that I should have told her that first in a very sarcastic way. I told her I didnt know that. I could here someone in the background saying to cancel the order, then person taking the orders said rudely I have a void. I was able to get out of line and left. I then went to the one in Hammond, where they didn't turn customers away walking in, and was very polite. Another customer came in and said something to the lady taking the order and I told them what happened at the Ponchatoula store. I also thanked them several times for the great service. Sad how customer is being treated. They need to learn that WE pay their salary.
It started with “what do you need” on the intercom to closing the window in our face after giving us sauce that we didn’t ask for. Incredibly rude, disrespectful, and unfortunate that one person can give the business such a bad reputation. I live a mile away and will never ever come back here.
I was getting my lunch and when I placed the order I got a dinner box and I asked the young lady did a drink come with it she told me no but it's clearly said on the sign that all the dinner boxes came with a drink a side and a biscuit so when I got to the window to pay I asked the young lady why I drink did not come with my order she told me that she was not the person that took the order but she did give me a drink because it did come with it but because I didn't drink out of it before I left it wasn't nothing but carbonated water so that mean I had to go and buy me a drink to go with my meal unfortunately
Waited in long line at 12:40pm on a Tuesday.Barely warm tenders, shrimp, fries. Tasted old. Do they cook at 830 am and serve it for lunch? And you pay premium price. Never again.
Slowest service I've ever experienced and the Employees didn't seem to care that it was taking so long. There were a lot of Employees but only a few that seemed to be doing anything. They were talking and playing the whole time I waited!
Would give 0 starts if i could. Super slow service.. expect a 20-30 minute drive through and youll probably end up with the wrong order. Also they walk away with your card when you hand it to them to pay??
