I have been sitting in the drive thru since 7:33. It’s now 8:29. I have yet to get to the window. Meanwhile, the employees are bringing food out to others who just drove up (there’s no curbside pickup) and my family is waiting for dinner at home.
The absolute worst service I have ever received. Please shut this restaurant down. Not only did the staff have a nasty attitude when they messed up my order. I had to wait 20 more minutes on top of the 15 minutes I had already waited not only was the chicken burnt. They didn't even have the decency to put it in a bag. I wouldn't feed this to a dog. Please whomever looking at these reviews seriously look into finding people that actually care about the food. I will never spend another dime at this restaurant.
Extremely rude. Manager is standing in the lobby with someone, who she states is a crew member. You walk in assuming the lobby is open because the door is open and immediately she starts yelling lobby is closed, she works here. Like if your lobby is closed, lock the door or put a sign on the door to let people know. Line almost to the street and manager is just standing in the lobby eating, with a line hardly moving. I would hate to work for a boss like this. Come on do better, maybe you’ll get more people to come work for you. You sit in the long line for one thing to be told they only have fries. Ridiculous
I went there and my food was fresh the chicken was juicy and my bread was good ,warm just wonderful I didn't have to wait on anything thanks for the wonderful fast and friendly service
Very best chicken in Louisiana. Dine in always clean an friendly. There's always a Long line drive thru but it moves through in a better than average time. Good family dinner deals as well as having deals for one or two person lunch deals. Download the app for $aging & free stuff each time you go. A new set of coupons in the mail every week.

40 mins per order and literally never once get it right...
I love it but too expensive but I believe Cherokee's fried chicken taste better and it's much cheaper that's my opinion and I hear that a lot from other people so that's their opinion too I have a happy New Year and a safe one
Management needs to pay their employees more and increase staff. The store is barely operating. It takes 40 minutes to get food through the drive through. The dining room is still closed in November 2021 not because of COVID but because they are understaffed.
