Mr. Mule MUST train his staff in catering to his customers. Today, we were saddened that a simple request, such as:Hold our entrees until we complete our salads couldn't be followed. We don't like poor service and I refuse to pay 20% of my hard earned money to someone who cannot follow a simple request. Mr Mule might find himself alone in his restaurant very soon if he cannot train his people to work for the customer. We don't care for warm salads and cold entrees...that's why this review was written today.GOODBYE MR. MULE.Mr. Mule can take up for his LAME employees all he wishes. The truth of the matter is he'd rather NOT face the truth than make his business run more efficiently! Also, good riddance to poor business owners like you.Your waitress stiffed US when she gave such POOR SERVICE! Anyone in business with half a brain could see this.
This place is Amazing!!! If you have not been, what in the world are you waiting for? So very blessed to have this "Locally Owned" eatery in our small town of Hammond, America!!! Just one of the many, many reasons why I love our town so very much!
My 1st visit here, very disappointed. I ordered a 3meat Special.. one half of the rack of ribs was very dry and burned, I asked for a replacement and was told "they're all like that"...the smoke sausage was the 3rd meat, it was just "AWFUL"...3 halves that was fried..... will never go back there again....

I was hopeful but disappointed. This is not 1/2 of a chicken as advertised and whoever smoked it needs more practice. Meat was over cooked, shriveled, & dry but the green beans were good. Maybe I’ll try a sandwich next time.

I never been so overlooked in my life. I visited this place for the first time with my family yesterday during November starry night event we didn't get a hello or a menu. I walked and never will return again. But let me say the white party behind me got a lot of attention I'm so shocked it 2021
