This McDonald's has been going down for the last few years. Service keeps getting slower, I spent 20 minutes in a short line. Food is luke warm and dry. Fries are limp, not crisp. On the bright side the employees were very nice.
Spent exactly one hour in the drive through. They completely messed up my order and rushed me out something completely different than what was on the receipt even though I gave them the receipt to make sure they got everything on it correctly. Ended up with stuff that isn't even on the menu. How is that even possible? What really tripped me out is that I ordered a 20 peice nugget bundle ended up with no fries and instead of 20 nuggets I was provided 10 nuggets and a plain quarter pounder in a second nugget container.
3rd time trying to buy my 4 year old a happy meal and this has happened. I pull up at the window, asking hello multiple times and no one ever acknowledged us. Multiple times this has happened with other vehicles in line. I want the racist behavior from the employees here to be ended.
This company has fallen off over the past couple decades. Fast food chain that is not fast or cheap. I have waited over 30 minutes before to get an order for just 4 people that had no special orders. Fries are not always hot or fresh. The value menu is the only reason to stop here. For this price point, there are several other fast food chains that will give you a better burger , faster and friendlier service and fries that are always hot.
I feel robbed please don't eat here if you value your life. The pictures does not worth being called food.
Gross gross gross! Seriously under cooked burger. Disgusting, avoid this place at all costs! My drink had very little ice and was not full.
I will say that I have seen a vast improvement at this location, at least with tonights crew. I have been avoiding this place like the plague as the line in the drive thru will take me forever versus other places. However, tonight that was not the case. Everyone was friendly and polite while all my food was made hot and fresh. Don’t know what changed, whatever it was it was drastic in a good way.
This location always has the food out hot, fresh and fast. Service is quick and my only issue was no salt on fries.
Ordered a med chocolate shake and small fries.Questioned the vanilla shake received at the drive thru window, then waited 20 minutes for someone to return to the take out window and ask "Are you waiting for a receipt?" When I said I was just waiting for my chocolate shake the girl went to the shake machine and prepared my chocolate shake.
Absolutely skip this one in your way home. Drive to the next town and get a different one. Been in line for about 25 minutes even though there were only 2 cars in front of me. Person in front of me has handed food back through the window multiple times without leaving for what I can only assume was the incorrect order. Finally my turn! Fries were soggy and the bun was old and hard.Definitely skip this location and go to the next available one on your road trip.
