My quarter pounder was burnt. It was interesting crispy. An they had no ice cream .
Slowest place ever. Now you have to check yourself out and wait. Typical corporate ways now. No more service. Go somewhere else! I didn't even ask if the ice cream machine was working.
I always go to this McDonald’s because the staffs are very nice and friendly. The food come out quick, and I get my food in my car! Which I really like this feature McDonald’s gives. Love the deals and points as well.
The only recommendations I can give on this particular place is I recommend you not go unless it's nothing else open. That's what I did and sit for 35 minutes in line at drive thru and never got to order . Poor service pitiful as could be.
I ordered a hot and spicy and the forgot the chicken patty. Like what’s sooo hard about making a hit and spicy??
Ice cold food, had to use kiosk to order got no receipt or order number so other customers were digging through bags to find their order. My food was handled and passed around before it got to me. Plenty of employees, no excuse.
I sympathize with fast food workers. The food service industry is brutal.However, I do not sympathize with workers who endanger their customers because they are feeling some type of way.We received our drive thru order after a 20 minute wait in the line. The woman (young girl more accurately) threw the bag into my boyfriend's hand and said, "have a blessed day" in a tone we all know as insincere, before slamming the window shut. We looked into our bag and found our nuggets all over the bag, fries everywhere, a nugget box was closed and empty, the burger was halfway on a box and another box..Paper bages are not sanitary. I do not appreciate being served food that I know isn't clean.We took the food home, decided to make the best of a horrible interaction. Upon our arrival, we emptied the contents onto our countertop and put the food back in proper packaging. All of the nuggets were burnt and covered in obviously old oil. The fries were cold, even the ones that stayed in their proper containers.This was an atrocious experience. Find another McDonald's. This one was not worth it.
The plump chick with the red dreads needs to work on her attitude. If it bothers you to take customers orders then you need to consider a different line of work.
The food was fresh and the service was friendly.
Very rude no manners. Messed up order. I ordered a triple cheeseburger and I got 3 pieces of cheese and 2 burnt patty’s thrown carelessly on the burger that was wide open on top of the wrapper. Very disappointed
