If I could give 0 stars I would! Customer service sucks, just horrible! When asked to speak to the manager about a sandwich not made correctly I was told no the manager is super busy and probably won’t come to the front to speak to me so I’ll have to come to the back! It wasn’t super busy. I just needed something made correctly and they could have cared less.**I should’ve read the reviews first! Obviously this place needs some revamping in workers and their attitudes!!

If you are hungry…. Don’t come here go somewhere else lol you won’t get your food and the workers are rude. Very poor service at night.
This is the worst McDonald's by far. The hamburger patties are ALWAYS red in the middle. The ice cream machine is never working. They never have ice for the drinks. Service is not good either.
Absolutely terrible customer service. Stood as the only person in line for over 5 minutes then was told I had to order at the kiosk only. They could have at least had a sign or something instead of wasting my time.
Told me frappe machine was down, I get to work and my work buddy gets one from the same place 5 min earlier. Terrible customer service. Never going there again.
The absolute worst customer service. Fries look like they were dropped two times in the grease. I mean you can never understand the person on the intercom. The food is mediocre at best, never hot and always wrong. I'm someone that eats here at different times on different days. Parking lot dirty. Employees are not dressed properly. Just terrible.
The customer service was horrible. A young lady with bad weave and a nasty attitude told me that she didn’t own the store after I politely asked when did they start charging 25 cents for one extra sauce. She aggressively responded with an attitude. I even received cold fries. This is unexceptionable. I have never experienced this type of disrespect at McDonald’s.

Terrible customer service and rude every time I go there. Went today for a mobile order and got interrupted twice while at the speaker. Got to the window and tried to make sure she was paying me out for the right order but all she did was shout the total at me again. Realized order wasn’t even right when I left.
