My kids and I went to the counter to place our order and was told they were really busy and suggested that I order from the kiosk. That was fine, didn't mind that. So per the kiosk instructions, I placed the order, grabbed a number, sat, and patiently waited for the order. About 10 minutes later, I get up and go to the counter to let them know that I was STILL waiting. The girl looks at me and says, "oh, I'm sorry." Then proceeded to fill the order. They totally forgot about my order!! If I hadn't said something I probably NEVER would have gotten it!
Always getting my order wrong. On Jan 18th, I ordered my food- (breakfast) through the app just like I always do and when I checked in, I sat and waited for my food. After waiting for 10 mins- I got in line and waited almost another 10 minutes until finally reaching the ordering intercom. I gave them my order # and they said they don't have it- but my bank is showing a charge. The manager asked what was on my order which I gave to her... she then asked for my credit card, charged it, and then lied to me about them having issues with their system... she charged me twice on purpose. This location is consistently inconsistent.
Something that bothered me was there was a guy sitting outside in a car throwing a lot of trash out on the ground, what made it worse is that I seen him and a McDonald's employee just hanging out talking by the car... Now if the employee is ok with people being trashy at their place of work, how clean is it in the back where the food is made...
We ordered the big Mac and fries food was fresh and hot. I wish the dinning room was open. We live a ways off and had to eat in our car.
The breakfast was good but the person on the speaker was a super grouch, practically threw my change at my hand then slammed the window. But wants a pay raise!
$1.97 for 1 soft serve icecream cone; same thing at Burger King for $1.10, but not available that day.
Had breakfast there via drive thru and the mature lady at the 1st window was the most pleasant I have ever had at a McDonald's. She really helped in brightening my day.
One of the better McDonalds in the area. Also close to a major truck stop in the and a cheap motel. About 5 minutes from the mall so it can be backed up at times. Always check the bag when dealing with ANY McDonalds in Southeast Louisiana.
