The wait staff here were courteous, and insanely efficient for a fried chicken restaurant. Best fried chicken restaurants I've ever gone to typically take what seems like as long as it normally would take to order a pizza or something a little more involved this one, however, was incredibly fast, and I still can't get over just how polite and awesome the staff was. They all deserve raises.
SOMETHING WILL BE DONE *pending pics of this place and going back just to prove how GROSS AND SO UNSANITARY THIS PLACE IS !!!! wouldn't even give a one start review.... don't eat here until you see this place .... Only 2-3 workers there. Buffet is temporary closed. My family dined in to eat and cant believe how nasty this place was. No customers were there ( and I could see why ). The tables were filthy and not wiped, I had to wipe and disinfectant my own table to have somewhere to sit. My 5 year old had to use the bathroom while waiting for our food and the bathroom was disgusting as well. Had sewage water on the floor, garbage wasn't changed and over loaded, and couldn't even breathe in the place it smelt so bad. Like what are the workers even doing when there is no service ??? After ordering our 30 dollar bucket of food that came with a gallon bag for a drink .. we were told that they were out of the gallon bags and had to get 5 separate cups ( what a waste ) not only that, they were out of condements besides napkins and half of there fountain drinks were out !!!!! Took an HR for one order to be brought out. Just ridiculous !!! To top it off, we had to leave everything in the table upon leaving because the trash cans they had were over flowed too !!! THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN IN HAMMOND AREA IF THIS IS HOW IT ALWAYS IS !!! I hate to leave this type of review but if anyone is worried about COVID-19.. think again before eating here. Should have taking pics and will go back just to see if there is any change and will add it to this review.
Always have my food nice and hot
This was a horrible experience. The biscuits were under done and the chicken strips were soggy. This is by far the worst KFC I have ever encountered! Something needs to be done!
Horrible service waited for 30 minutes and they didn’t give us half our order the chicken was soggy and nasty and then we had to wait another almost 30 minutes for the rest of our order that they didn’t put in the bag and still didn’t even give us all of our food never going to this kfc again!
17 minutes for 6 pieces of chicken wings- I had to cancel the order.....
Made an online order. 40 min later,they still did not see my order. Tried to get a new order through but couldn’t get over the cashier arguing with the customer in front of me about getting their order wrong
Terrible service. Was waiting in line for over 45 minutes. Didn't seem like the employees even cared
Terrible customer service. Ordered a 16pc family meal with large mashed potatoes with gravy. They came with the gravy already on top. When I called the woman said it always comes that way and acted like I’m the one who made a mistake.
The young lady in the window was the rudest person I've meet this year I made an order that was 437 I had 1037 in my hand she didn't pay attention dropped the changed then I got out and picked it up I asked for a solid dollar she told me no my drawer is closed then told me to pull up so I wasn't on her clock just horribly rude to the point where I don't think I'll ever eat kfc again
