Sandwiches and Service usually great. Today, I tried the Beefy Black and Blue (limited time). It was supposed to have bleu cheese dressing and crumbles of bleu cheese. My sandwich had no crumbles of bleu cheese. The dressing tasted like sweet onion. It was not worth the extra $1.75 for this special limited time combo. Inflation and prices are going up, so offer what you advertise. If you don’t have some condiments in stock, then let the customer know or don’t offer the product. Hype no longer works for some of us.
Ordered my food online at noon the day of asking for it to be at my location at 6pm. I called at 6:05 pm asking where it was? The cashier lady was short with me and said it would be there shortly. I asked if the driver had left yet, she told me no. I asked her how long it would take and she hung up the phone on me.. Can't wait to order food from them again... NOT!!! This happened 10/07/21 at 6:05 pm.

How could you mess up that badly? I'll have you know that you have insulted the Official Baroness of Sandwiches. I am revolted. Ugh. So unprofessional. I will be traveling back to Europe IMMEDIATELY. I will not be coming back.

We came in here to get the box combks and you can add a drink for a discounted price. And the manager here didnt knkw what I was talking about and wouldnt discount the drink. Then when i askes to sleak to the manager he said I AM THE MANAGER. I asked for a card so ai could contact the owner an he said sorry you can look online we dont have cards and he laughed. So rude. We wont be back!!!

Good but not the best, I got a normal sub and it tasted not in my liking idk if its the restaurant bc I’ve tried others and they taste better or if it was just my taste buds!
Worst sandwich ever the bread was hard and cold like it was in a fridge and old I called and they said bring back and would replace wasn’t interested had took all the lettuce and tomatoes off and warmed up in the microwave stilled tasted like crap. Don’t waste your money
